Just got my pretzel nuggets. I was very excited to see that fresh ones that just came out. I asked for the fresh ones and the employee told me that they are strictly forbidden from doing that and that cameras are recording. He was regretful about it. Not his fault but an absolute disappointment and ridiculousness by AA. If I’m paying over $8 for pretzels, I expect freshness. Shame on you.

Stopped here to get my grandsons s9me pretzels. The oldest ordered cinnamon and the other wanted the pizza bites. Since they didn't have them we ordered the pretzel with the pepperoni. We also wanted to order a large powerade but they didn't have lids. So I asked could they could split the large into two small cups and put lids on them. They said no. I asked why not since they're the ones that don't have lids. The man at the counter said we can have a large without a lid. I said no thanks and decided to walk. The smarted mouth guy said have a nice day as a walked away. I definitely would and they lost a sale and a customer. For what a 50 cent cup? You're customers deserve better Auntie Anne's.

Don't really get how they've been open for 40 minutes and don't even have their drink mixers setup. At that point don't open until 11am if you're not ready lol.

Store was listed to open at 10 on Saturday but at 10:40 they were running late and not taking orders. I waited 20 minutes, returned at 11, still had to wait, got attitude, and no apology

Do not get any food or drinks from this location! (Chandler fashion square). Today, 5/30 around 2, me and my kids went here to get a large strawberry lemonade. When I took the cup over to a table to put the strawberry in, I noticed something black under the lid. When I lifted the lid, I found a dead fly stuck between the bottom of the lid and the lip of the cup where it was smushed. I went back to auntie Anne’s to get a new one because I obviously wasn’t going to drink from that one. Wasn’t mad, things happen. Well the lady that served me the drink originally took it back over to the drinks fountain and just put on a new lid, guessing she thought I wouldn’t see her. When she went to hand it to me, I asked her for a new cup and new top because the fly was smushed between them so on the cup too. Her and I’m guessing her manager that was right there seeing everything got an attitude and was giving me dirty looks like I was being a nuisance and inconveniencing them. She did give me a new cup and lid with new lemonade but I was pissed at this point for the lack of cleanliness, of care and the attitude. I’m glad I didn’t get any food from there cuz god knows what’s been on and in that. I’m mad about the employee but even madder about the manager because even he thought it was ok to give a customer back a cup that had a dead fly smashed in to it. Never going there again for anything.

So when we ordered our food, we had gotten just a cup of the pieces of pretzel bites with pepperoni and we ordered it and we walked away and we each had a piece and it was burnt at the bottom so we went back and we said is there anything That we could do or exchange it? And the girl said they’re all like that There was two girls there one was a white lady and the other was a small Mexican girl. That was the cashier. We asked just to get our money back and they told us that we had to go and toss the cup ourselves in the mall trashcan because they couldn’t do it . and they would not give us a refund back unless we tossed it while talking to her the small cashier girl she took her hair out of her ponytail and re-tied it. I then looked at both the girls, and they both did not have their hair in a bun or a hairnet they were just down in a long ponytail they both had longer hair. They then proceeded to give us a refund because we toss the cup of pepperoni pieces, and I asked what their manager’s name was, and it turned out. The white girl was the manager, and she was the one who told us that It would take eight minutes to remake the pepperoni When they were giving us a refund, the little Mexican girl was just laughing I’m not sure if it was about us or what she was giggling about. I asked where I could make a complaint and they just said I guess online it was the worst customer service and the worst food snack that I’ve ever eaten. Do not go here save your money.

The lady there was rude. We ask for plain pretzels but tried to give us cinnamon pretzels but she washed off with oil and said here while it was burnt as well. So our experience was horrible. She made us get a refund but never gave us a refund & receipt. She was very disrespectful.

The cinnamon sugar pretzels are amazing. Chelsea was so polite and helpful with my grandkids. Chelsea thank you for taking the time a patience with the kids who were so indecisive. We appreciate your hard work.

Good pretzels but the girl who works here is really mean 😬 it was honestly really jarring
