The food is good. It’s just that the service takes a while. I’m not sure of the short staffed.

Sat myself and we never got water, the staff did not come to the table for about 15 minutes with only 3 people in the restaurant so we left. Terrible customer service.

5 Stars – Authentic Flavor & Great Service!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Az Pho in Chandler! The beef pho was incredibly flavorful—rich broth, tender beef, and fresh herbs made it a perfect comfort dish. I also tried the shrimp spring rolls, which were fresh and perfectly wrapped, served with a delicious peanut sauce that really hit the spot.

The beef plate with rice and fish sauce was another standout—juicy, well-marinated beef over fluffy rice, balanced perfectly with the tangy fish sauce. Everything was fresh, well-portioned, and beautifully presented.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

I did not ask for this order.

All meat at this restaurant has always been included raw on the side, unless otherwise specified. The 1 (I asked for 2) serving of steak was also included in the broth, so by the time I got home I had to reheat and overcook the meat. - it was inedible.

I am posting this review because when I called to ask what happened I was repeatedly sent to voicemail during normal business hours.

Again, I also asked for extra steak, which adds a significant amount of money to the order. This meal ended up costing me over $20. Does this look like extra steak to you?

I've been going here for a while, but their meat portions in the Pho are getting smaller and smaller. Sometimes, the service can be a bit slow. It seems to be run by teenagers. If you get water, you should order 2 because refills are rare.

I can't bear it more than 3 times. A store like this where customers come in and don't even look at them or say hello...

I usually come to this store in the evening, but on the 3rd or 4th time I've been here recently, the workers didn't even say hello to anyone when they came in. Not a single one? I feel really dirty.
Customers coming in just keep standing in front. I'm still standing. Isn't the beginning of business all about greeting customers when they come in?
Not once or twice? I've been standing there for about 10 minutes now, so I'm finally writing my name in front of me... Behind me, in front of the calculator? Anyone who comes in front of the customer, don't make them stand in silence, ask them to wait for a moment, and we'll talk to them in their turn. Can't you just say a simple greeting like this? I came to this restaurant for the first time last year and thought it was run by a Korean, so I came here more to eat... I don't think there's any need for that... Are they doing it this way just because business is good and a few customers are coming?

I'm never coming back again...
