Rather disappointed in this establishment and will not be coming here again.EDIT- I decided to also comment on the food. I ordered the honey barbecue wings, and they really aren't that great. You're better off going to ATL WIngs, Native, or even Wingstop. 2 stars on the food. 0 stars for the racist remarks I had to endure. Don't waste your money here.

I’m new in the area and wanted to find a new favorite wings place, I ordered 12 wings 6 lemon pepper and 6 honey hot and 1 large fries. I called the order in at 12:35 I was told 25mins. I showed up at 1:05. The food was still not ready, the front desk person went to he back and came back at 1:20 with the food. 50mins for 12wings? I don’t understand why I was told 25mins if they don’t make the food until I actually get in and pay for it. I’m on a lunch break, that’s why I called on the order. Wastes my entire lunch time waiting on food. Disappointed, 1 star.

Hard to taste the food when you can barely bite into it - My experience at this "restaurant" was nothing less than abysmal. The chicken was dry and hard, the fries were tasteless, and one of the servers decided that it was apparently appropriate to refer to me as a "Brotha" because of my skin tone.

The place/decor is nice. But I think they really need to focus on customer service. Cashier didn't understand/speak English too good, I called in my order and I was told 15 minutes- seems like they didn't start it until I showed up and then disappeared into the back for 15-20 minutes. I ordered mild wings but they tasted like medium-hot. They were good but too hot for my other family members. The biscuits looked like they could have been good- but they were heavy and maybe old? The fries were good though!

We always try to support small businesses and "hole in the wall establishments" but this one unfortunately was a major disappointment. We ordered two dozen wings and fries on a Saturday at 1:30. Didn't seem busy as we were the only ones in the restaurant. After about 20 minutes we received one dozen wings.. and was told they'd be back. Another 20+ minutes passed, nothing came out. Once we asked For a refund we were questioned kn why and if we were in a hurry. After 45 minutes inside an establishment with a partial u touched order.. I think it's obvious. They didn't want to give it to us, I asked again and they asked us how much it was.. like they couldn't see the last order... they pulled cash from the register and couldn't refund on our card. Really disappointed with this whole experience. Not sure how they have such a good rating...

I ordered 1 dozen hot, 1 dozen extreme honey hot and 1 order of fries. 20 minutes into waiting, the 1st dozen wings come out. I was thinking the rest of my food would surely be here shortly, but didn't begin eating because it's rude to eat while your wife is waiting for her food. 20 more minutes passed and the rest of our food was nowhere in site. I asked where the food was, and was told the fries were being dropped now.. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE RESTAURANT. How is this possible? I requested a refund and instead of crediting my card, they payed me in cash.. but this was after the manager asked "Why do you want a refund? Are you in a hurry?" I wanted to say "B*t*h I don't have all day" but I refrained. Terrible experience...

I was pleasantly surprised by this nice little shop. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Tables, floors, restrooms, all very clean. There are a couple of TVs with sports stations playing. The menu is very simple. No frills, just wings, fries and ice cream. No alcohol so perfect for kids and folks who want that type of atmosphere. The service was very good. The tall young man that took my order was polite and answered all of my questions. I asked for a recommendation and he was spot on. I ordered the Cajun hot and they were just that: nice and spicy, well cooked, big and meaty and the Cajun spice was right on. I'd also recommend the mango habanero. The fries was crispy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. Order it with the AZ spice, excellent! I plan to return and bring some friends next time to watch a game.

Terrible! This place is a joke and a waste of money! Do not recommend! 1st time I placed an order by phone, which when I arrived they still hadn’t prepared it. The employee said this was in case no one showed ? so I had to wait another 30 mins!2nd time, I waited for ever for the employee to come out from the back as she was rummaging through empty fry boxes not even concerned if there were customers!!! She finally came out and I placed my order. I asked for extra ranch as they provide 1 ranch for every dozen of wings, she keep telling me there is a charge and I kept telling her it’s okay I will pay for the extra ranches. After her going back and forth & repeatedly telling me there is a charge which I clearly understood the first time around I finally received my order. They are so cheap they water down their ranches and literally threw the extra ranches away. Fries were old and hard!

Az seasoning with a side of medium sauce. Toss them together. Thank me later.Small update, after eating a few it appeared they were over cooked and dried. A little old maybe… but the flavor was still good. Price vs quality is subjective.
Solid wings. Bigger wings than most other places. Cajun sauce is the best. A little salty, but delicious. Like others said, it takes time for your order to be ready. Don't try ordering on the phone, go in and order in person. Good wings though.

Wings are pretty decent but doesn't meet the price. I have been here a couple of times, but only because I had a Groupon. Both times I got the 12 piece traditional wings with mild Buffalo sauce. I'm not a little b**** when it comes to spicy, but honestly the mild was pretty spicy! As for the customer service, it's not bad but definitely not good. If you go towards the evening (around 5pmish), the woman there will talk your ear off. I'm not trying to be mean, but honestly I just want to get in and get out.

I literally just called this restaurant trying to place an order but the girl who picked up the phone was terrible. My family loves wings from this restaurant but I find it terrible that time after time we come here the owners are subject to their terrible employees. I asked if the manager was there she refused to give me his name or who he was. When I asked questions about the wings she wouldn't give me an option more than 6. I've ordered 48 wings here before for my family. She wouldn't give her name so I'm sorry to say but to the lady with the Asian accent who picked up the phone you made this restaurant lose a customer. We order every weekend and now we will find a new spot. Hope someday in the future they can find a staff who can match the food they serve until then avoid this restaurant.

Only have been here once, but I'm definitely coming back. Got an order of their cajun hot wings, and was delicious. Definitely a lot better than what Zipps has to offer. The person that mans the register is great dude. It would be awesome if they could get a liquor license and add a bar.
