Great place but there should be a price on the invisible up charge on birra tacos versus quesabirra! That was a big expensive surprise

Don't ever eat at Chipotle this is way more worth your money very clean neat restaurant and the food is fantastic.
Patio is very nice to dine in.

Well this is disappointing, I have ordered food there a lot. Today I went through the window and purchased a bean and cheese burrito (simple enough) and received a cold burrito with hard cheese which means it wasn't melted. I called the store manager and said their policy is to return the burrito and they would make me a new one. (30 min round trip) no way. I told him no way, and I would not go there anymore. I would have been content with a replacement or something next time I went there, but to go through that hassle for their poor food quality. It's always pretty good over there but disappointing on how my issue was handled. No excuse for it.

Ive been going here since it opened. I always get the carne asada tacos. Today I felt impelled to write a review because the last two times I visted, the food quality has declined. Hopefully they can correct this. The good: store is always clean, salsa bar is good. The not so good: the carne asada just hasnt tasted good. Bland. Chewy. Fatty. Not flavorfull and tender like it used to be. As if not marinated as long, or not seasoned the same. And usually it has a nice char to it. This time is was almost as if it was microwaved. I might give them a third chance, but if its not like it used to he, Ill be done going here.

Ordered food through door dash and when we opened the canister of cheese there was a live fly that flew out of it. Disgusting... how does that even happen. I called them to explain the situation and the manager hung up on me while trying to explain. FIRST TIME LAST TIME!!! BEWARE OF THIS DISGUSTING PLACE THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!!
