What to expect on Thanksgiving Day. Well of course everyone is dining out and therefore you know it's gonna be busy. we had reservations for 5:15 arrived 5 minutes early and they said they were running 20 minutes behind. the actual time it took to get seated was 30 minutes beyond the reservation. for as many people that were standing outside and in the bar area, it wasn't to bad. once seated the weight on the the service staff continued. it took a bit of time to be greeted and take drink orders. then another long pause before the drinks were delivered. We exercised patience knowing the entire place was full. I felt for the staff. Overall from the time to get seated place the order and food getting to the table was about 1/2 hour. 2 of the meals were perfect, but one of the steak orders was not cooked to the requested temperature when it was order and had to go back for 2nd try. when it returned it was perfect. overall knowing what day we were there I'd say if you didn't use the time to visit with family since that's what was important , the meal was a decent experience overall. the specials for Thanksgiving were absoultley priced great. I'd do it again at Christmas if they are open.

Out waitress was awesome. She had just started there.nno issues with order. Everything perfect!

Two of us arrived at noon for Thanksgiving dinner. I'm gluten free so was unable to order the turkey special. The food came out promptly and was nicely presented. Also, there seemed to be plenty of wait staff.

Our fourth Thanksgiving at Black Angus and we were not disappointed. The food, the service and the final bill were all great. Waiting for next year.

Good service and great food portions. The chocolate cake dessert was very decadent and delicious.

We went to the whiskey cocktail paired dinner last night. Great food at a reasonable price ($51.99 for a 3 course dinner with drinks). Twenty three people participated, I am surprised that number isn't higher. First course was lobster and roasted corn cake tomato jam, lemon aioli, slaw, balsamic reduction paired with a grilled Peach Tini featuring High West Whiskey. Perfectly paired! Second course was the main course, braised beef short ribs, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, red wine demi-glace, fried leeks, paired with High West Sour & Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon float. This was also nicely paired. I wish the garlic mashed potatoes was a regular side on the Black Angus menu....they were that good! The third course was dessert, whiskey caramel apple cheesecake, whipped cream, paired with Cowboy Campfire Coffee featuring High West Whiskey. I ate and drank all, my wife ended up taking the dessert home along with some of her braised beef ( a lot of food!). This was not the first cocktail pairing dinner we have gone to, and it wouldn't be the last! I highly recommend Black Angus. The food is always great and the prices are an exceptional value when compared to other steak restaurants.

The Black Angus in Chandler is really fabulous!!! Great food and super great service! Ask for Patricia or yetz. Several courses always come out at the right time. Nice booths and atmosphere Always a wonderful experience!!!

Very good food, Kris the waiter very attentive, did not rush us, always good meals, always finishing one course before bringing the next course.

Black Angus is incredibly consistent in food and service. The manager greeted upon arrival and knew who I was via Open Table reservation. Seated promptly - ocassionally you have to wait even with reservation. The filet and prime rib were cooked perfectly and of good quality, the salad and baked potato was really good as well. Our sever was top notch and hit all the top marks. Again, very consistent experience at a high level on the impoortant things - food and service.

The only disappointment that we had was they advertised pumpkin cheesecake and didn't have any and the Mile High Mud Pie and that was discontinued. Other than that everything was great!

We often dine at the Black Angus Steakhouse in Chandler, Arizona. The food is delicious and the ambiance is good. But the service is what brings us back so often, The manager, Tom, is very accommodating, and our favorite server, Chris, makes certain that everything goes well. She has even given us her cell number so that we can assure that she will be there on the evenings that we are dining. She is a real gem!

Delicious prime rib, wagon wheel platter and chocolate cake served up by a crew that were friendly and on task. Enjoyed the meal and wish they would come back to Tucson

I always enjoy the ambience and food at Black Angus. I will keep coming back to enjoy it more. I know that the food is always fresh.
