Came in to get some food after a tournament, it wasn’t busy at all and we’ve been waiting for 20 mins for 1 late pepperoni pizza. Unbelievable never coming again.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and usually I don't.....maybe it was an off day which is fine BUT I ordered a medium got a small, the pizza looked slopped together, did not look good. I asked Dmitri if he could remake and forgo the pepperoni just cheese. He stated no because of large orders, he couldn't, I asked for wings, he said no he couldn't. So he suggested a meatball sub. But it was going to take a while. So I stated I would take the meatball sub deconstructed and cook it at home for my son. He gave me the total and I asked if he could credit me for the pizza and just give me the sub. He said no...and proceeded to give me total for the sub.....soooo I can't have anything else, and then I have to go home and cook the food I am being charged for???? Mmmmm , no....I'm good...I walked out and nothing was comped. I refuse to pay for a crap pizza which was wrong and then pay for a meatball sub which I have to go home and cook because according to Dmitri the ovens are backed up. 🤔........mmmmm, I threw the pizza away and left....I'm good. Bye 👋

I was highly recommended to try this place and was excited to but unfortunately they won't allow you to order food through the website if you use a VPN. I use a VPN to secure my network traffic, and to secure my data so your website and other servers that you host the data on don't have my IP address and other information. You are losing business out on this has no other restaurant does this.

Went with a large group of 20+ people and the staff served us effortlessly. They were more than accommodating in their service and attitudes. The food was nice and hot, the room was clean, and their was plenty of space for us.

I'm a born and raised Arizonian Phoenician, Barros has been a tradition in our family to visit. We have been to most of the locations around the state. The pizza and wings are excellent. This location on Alma School and Queen Creek has the best service and efficiency for the lunch rush pizza specials. The two girls at the front counter Dulciana and Melody make the line move fast and you spend less than 3 minutes waiting to order! I've been going here now once a month for lunch. The best thing is they both have fresh pizza slices coming out of the kitchen and nothing looks like it has been sitting around, the salads are always crisp and fresh and come with amazing dressing. Great work and thumbs up to the kitchen staff! The two girls gel we'll together and I hope everyone is leaving them tips because you don't see this type of service anymore around! Thanks Barros to our local AZ pizza spots!

Pre ordered pizza,wings, and salad for 8:30pm pickup. We arrived about 10 min early got the items home ( 2 min drive) and the pizza looked like it was cooked an hour early. Cold almost all the way thru.
We usually visit this place once every few months and I have to say this isn’t our first time being dissatisfied with this location.
