My daughter and I came in late, super hungry, and were greeted immediately. He was super friendly, helped us pick a few things to try, and even brought over some extras like Parmesan peppers and a bunch of napkins. He checked in after we got our pizza to make sure everything was good his awesome customer service totally stood out, and we’ll definitely be back.

Order was lost, or messed up. Manager quickly took action and got our full order (3 pizzas and a bunch of sides) out within 10 minutes. Gave us all drinks while we waited and an extra order of bread sticks for the inconvenience. Great store and great service. Highly recommend.

What happened to the passion and love? Green peppers… hacked up not chopped?? RAW!! asked for a well done pizza… fell apart to put onto my plate . Doughy.. raw vegetables. Half A$$ed . This isn’t the Barros I have been loyal to for over 2 decades. Sad, sad. I am trying to add photos… it isn’t letting me on this review… so I will add separately. This place was always our family go to.. tried and true not any more.
The photos I couldn’t add.. I will name them “ disappointed “. pics are apparent they have huge chunks of green peppers on them on a white plate. Half of the onion is raw and not cooked…To the owner looking at the most recent reviews, you have to stop and really pay attention. This place has changed. It is not the same ( for the worse) and everything over there obviously, isn’t being handled or managed correctly. If you have these multiple one, Star complaints?? Maybe take a stance and change some things.
Update: 10/24 you can see they don’t care. Will respond to everyone’s complaint… but not address this one. Pitiful.

Barro's is by far my favorite local pizza place! Their pizza is so delicious. The salad is cold and fresh. They are family owned and you can tell. They just have that warm and welcoming feel.
