We drove almost an hour to come to this place that my husband said he wanted to try. (It was 4 of us) my husband ordered first and then all of us. There was two young ladies and no customers inside (place was empty) once we place the order the young lady said it’ll be 20 minutes! 😳 we were shocked since they had no one at all inside the place. Yes they might have had some order to be picked up but nothing crazy. Now the items started coming out actually before 20 minutes, not all at once but they were coming. I say at this point 20 minutes or MORE had actually passed by and my husband’s food had still not come. So I decided to look at the receipt and check the time and order. The chick NEVER put in my husbands order! So I went to talk to Both girls since they had nothing else to do. I said he order the Kalbi with a side of steamed rice. She even said the Kalbi doesn’t come with rice you would have to order as a side and he said ok! The chick just keep staring at me and said sorry. I at that point said let’s go we didn’t want the food anymore my husband had to leave without trying the place he wanted and no food whatsoever! In a way it worked out , the food is honestly NOT GOOD AT ALL. The service was horrible, the place was empty I guess that should have been our sign not to go there. Aside of all that the prices are ridiculous for the food quality and service. Don’t waist your time going there service might get better but food wont! Waist of our time and money. So disappointing!

Absolutely love this place, amazing food, great customer service. My husband and I come here for date nights. Its a long wait and mildly expensive, but its truly worth every penny.

Honestly…. very mid for the price and the quality of the food and atmosphere. Cashier was equally as odd and food did not come out all together and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for each item to arrive at our table. For the price, not worth it unfortunately.
