It claimed on Open Table that the deal was $39 for the 5 course meal but that was not provided as an option at the restaurant. Our server was nice though and the chef was new, but he tried.

We had Alex as our Cook and specialist. He was a lot of fun! Posting pics to Google Reviews as well. We had a great celebration at Benihana and plan to keep this tradition going year after year! Delicious food and a great time!!

Could not get a glass that did not have lipstick all over the rim, after several attempts I said forget it and drank my beer out of the bottle. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, my feet literally stuck to the floor in front of the urinal. This is nothing new, has always been this way. Care for cleanliness should be taken more seriously.

Honestly, one thing we should of never done is gone to eat on Veterans Day. It was extremely busy. We got seated an hour 15 minutes after our reservation time so we got our food to go.  The noise level was loud. They really tried but I was not impressed.

Our reservation was sat late, the table wasn't heating and we had to be moved and the experience was awful. However the waitress and chef were great!!! The manager did take care of our bill and she apologized and she said that they were overloaded and weren't prepared for the veterans deal.

Service was a little slow, but it was Veterans Day dinner and there were bunches of Veterans there including myself, so it was still worth it.

Service has declined from the previous times I've been to Benihana. The wait to be seated was very long even with a reservation followed by longer wait times to be served. The restroom (women's) was extremely unclean. Hopefully service improves, but may not return after last night's experience.
