one of the best quality Korean food in the town.
the owner and the workers are very sweet.
thank you, I will be back.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the dish specifically because the photo showed it served in a stone bowl — I do not like eating hot food out of plastic containers. But to my shock, they served the sizzling bulgogi in a cheap disposable plastic bowl. Completely unacceptable. The older woman at the front made it even worse with her rude attitude and obvious lies while trying to make excuses. Her behavior was infuriating. This place doesn’t even deserve one star, and I would never recommend it to anyone. I will never return.
Great Place To Eat A Authentic Delicious Asian Dish
So, Bento Sama is tucked inside 99 Ranch, and I was on a lunch mission for gimbap. I work a few miles away, so I swung by and ordered the beef bulgogi and spicy pork gimbap. When they handed it to me already made, I felt a little sketched. After the first bite, it was fresh and flavorful.
Quick and cheap.. my style. If I’m in the area and craving gimbap, I’ll certainly come back here.
Everything was extremely tasty. Generous portions, I will definitely be back!
Absolutely restaurant quality! I was hesitant to try fast food court Korean food, but was pleasantly surprised at the freshness & quality of the food! Tastes like all of the ingredients including sauces are house-made, NOT swimming in artificial sauces, and each individual part like the salad, pasta, & noodles each have their own unique flavors. I chose the Cupbop which is a mini- version of very huge bibimbap, and it was filling. I would say a great value too considering how much you get and the high quality. They use a pager to notify you when your food is ready. Great concept and I want to come back to try the soft tofu next! Absolutely added on to my food rotation!
Friendly service and good food. My toddler loved everything
This type of Korean food is sophisticated and each portion has many ingredients and well prepared. Understandably, this type of delicatesy doesn't come cheap. I took one star off because the electronic cashier asks for a tip, although it is a self service restaurant, and even before the food is ready.

The food is not bad, but definitely overpriced.
The spicy pork was very flavorful, the side dishes taste good too. But if I were to spend the same amount to get bunch of side dishes, spicy pork and rice. Would definitely go to a restaurant where the portion are bigger.
It’s convenient thought, just for a quick lunch.
Suggestion: the lunch combo doesn’t come with soup, but that’s not clear on the menu. So the picture on the menu was misleading.

The bento was lacking in flavor. The pork cutlet tasted bland and have much flavor. The fried rice cake wasn’t as crispy as I thought it would be.

As a white dude from a suburb in the Midwest, I never had the pleasure of eating a bento before. There were so many delicious looking options, but I ended up ordering the spicy beef & squid bento. This was quite the experience for me, as I've never had most of what came in the box. Every little square was like an adventure waiting to unfold upon my taste buds! I'll be back again to try some other things.
