Absolutely restaurant quality! I was hesitant to try fast food court Korean food, but was pleasantly surprised at the freshness & quality of the food! Tastes like all of the ingredients including sauces are house-made, NOT swimming in artificial sauces, and each individual part like the salad, pasta, & noodles each have their own unique flavors. I chose the Cupbop which is a mini- version of very huge bibimbap, and it was filling. I would say a great value too considering...
This type of Korean food is sophisticated and each portion has many ingredients and well prepared. Understandably, this type of delicatesy doesn't come cheap. I took one star off because the electronic cashier asks for a tip, although it is a self service restaurant, and even before the food is ready.
