“I actually worked in the Bistro from 2016-2018 when I attended EVIT and it was honestly one of the best times of my life. I actually really miss it. I also went here to have lunch once or twice after I graduated, and the food is still delicious! Also shoutout to Chef Gaston and Chef Kalfus. Great teachers! “Convenient to the airport, over and above service from front desk staff and a welcome smile or greeting from each employee. The rooms were clean and dining options are fairly easy to drive to. Parking around the building is plentiful but not super convenient when you are moving a good distance bringing luggage over the rocky, sandy parking lot. We did not have need of the shuttle to the airport so no information on how well that works for travelers. The location worked well for us and I would stay here again.“
