Just to note the reservation made here on Open Table is not a reservation but a “place holder for call ahead seating” per the managers words. I made a 7:30 reservation thinking I was going to be sat at 7:30 however at 8 pm I was still waiting for a table. When I asked the manager about the reservation she said it was as if I called ahead at 7:30 for a place in line. I still had to wait and was seated at 8:10 - 40 minutes after I thought I would be seated completely messing up the rest of our evening. The manager did apologize and we got a complimentary appetizer but that didn't excuse the entire reservation system. I don't believe they should be on Open table to take reservations if they are not going to adhere to them.

We decided to order a bunch of appetizers to start...original wings, Brussel sprouts, Mac n cheese balls. All were good but the wings were phenomenal! I had the BJ Brewhouse bowl and it was okay. My son ordered the chicken club and that was great. We of course had to try multiple pizookies. We ordered the salted caramel, triple chocolate, and the brownie Sunday pizookies. I, personally, am a chocolate lover, but the salted caramel was by far the best! We loved it so much that we're going back with the rest of the family next week!

We went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day and it was a great experience. I made reservations about a week earlier and got the time frame that I needed and we had great seats our surfer was absolutely amazing and the food was really good. I would definitely recommend going to this restaurant, they just have good food and it's reasonable and it's just a fun time to get out of the house

First time in the new location on Ray road. We used to eat often at the Chandler mall location. It still is a good all around restaurant and the new location offers the same atmosphere just a bit smaller. I'll continue going but it's a bit further drive.

This was our first visit to the new relocated BJs. We made reservations and though there was a 30 to 45 minute wait for walkins they seated us after a short wait from checking in. The menu is extensive, and a bit overwhelming, but one can find anything they want on the menu. My wife wanted to go for the prime rib special and it was very good and included a salad and dessert. I had the BJ's chicken. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus and was delicious. I was concerned about service since the restaurant was so crowded but our server was prompt and attentive throughout the meal. I couldn't get my phone to pay the bill for some reason so I had to have the server do it. Overall we will definitely return.

Great location, plenty of parking, we made reservations and were seated before our reservation. Great atmosphere , our waitress was awesome and everything was correct as ordered. Food was delicious as well.

Brian is a fabulous server!!!!! - attentive, friendly, checked in with us several times. The phone number in Open table is wrong - it's the number from Fashion Square. Also offer rez on 15 min not just 30 - like 11:45. I had to call the place to make it 11:45. All other restaurants on open table offer the 15 min mark

My husband and I went to dinner. I told them of my food allergies and ordered but asked that they double check with the chef to make sure what I ordered didn't include an allergy items. The food came out and I double checked - the first person came out and said it was fine; our server double checked and had the meal redone bc there was an issue. So my husband ate dinner and I watched him and then he did the same while I ate. Different as we thought we'd be eating together. No responsibility was taken by the restaurant. We paid and left.

I shudder when I see a lot of the offerings for food at places such as BJ's. It seems that fat and greasy foods abound. What drives me totally nutty is that almost every entree is the same price... that goes also for appetizers and salads. I want to like this place, but it is way down on my list of places I want to go.

Server had an issue redeeming my gift card and applied it to another guest's ticket. This issue was resolved correctly though I waited to give this review until I knew everything was correct.

This was our first visit. Reservation was honored on time. noise level so high we could hardly carry on a conversation. flat bread arrived barely warm with little toppings. Ahi salad had only a few small bites of ahi . Doubt if we will return.

Question...did you ever see the Seinfeld episode about “The Reservation”. You know how to take the reservation, then it went down hill... over 30 minute wait for reservation... uh..!!! New wait staff and obviously new kitchen help, a little disorganized.. 3 of 4 meals came out, waited for 4th.. by time the 4th came the original 3 were cold... As you know the three who had meals waited for the 4th member of party to get theirs... The waiter did apologize to the 4th for late meal, but had a deer in the headlights look when he saw the rest of us waiting to eat for the last meal... one word “manners”. Not sure if we will head back anytime soon...

Food was fantastic and the decor was very fresh and clean. Noise level was a bit of a problem if you were trying to have a conversation. Have a Pink Cadillac Martini, I highly recommend it or do!

I was there on Friday of their soft opening. There was an issue with the reservation I made through open table. They were able to accommodate my group of six. They were very wonderful.

Chicken was too salty. Server did a great job of offering to replace it and acknowledged that has been consistent feedback throughout the soft opening. It's a great time for feedback! Would have exceeded my expectations if it would have been removed from the bill, since it was a known issue. I'm confident they'll get it fixed up for our next visit.
