Very good service and food altogether. I sat down with the common expectation of sitting there for a good bit for both service AND food. However, I was actually served very quickly by Ms. Nicky, and the food came out in no longer than approx 15-20 mins (how long it takes to cook) because it came out hot. I was simply amazed and reminded why I choose to go to BJs over other places. If i could, I would definitely visit again when work brings me around Phoenix again.

My husband and I came for our 6 year wedding anniversary and we had Nykki as our server! She was so friendly, so understanding when we didn’t like part of our meal, helped with anything we needed and truly made this night great❤️ Thank you Nykki! There needs to be more servers like you!❤️

This is one of my family’s favorite places to dine. The food is always delicious and there is a great selection to make everyone happy. Tonight we had the pleasure of having Nycole “Nykki” serve us and she was FANTASTIC!! She was thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and even took extra steps to anticipate our needs (I placed a to-go order as well and she added all of the necessary items). Having managed a customer experience program professionally, Nykki is the epitome of hospitality! Thank you, Nykki for making our experience extra special! 💖
