The Black Angus in Chandler is really fabulous!!! Great food and super great service! Ask for Patricia or yetz. Several courses always come out at the right time. Nice booths and atmosphere Always a wonderful experience!!!

I was emailed a coupon for a $20 ribeye. I ordered it at 3:46pm, I was one of 3 tables. At 4:10 I got my meal. I have worked in numerous restaurants and this turn time is unacceptable. To top it off, the steak tasted a little odd. Well, within 30 minutes I had to stop at a gas station because I got ill.
I will NEVER return to this restaurant.

Very good food, Kris the waiter very attentive, did not rush us, always good meals, always finishing one course before bringing the next course.

Black Angus is incredibly consistent in food and service. The manager greeted upon arrival and knew who I was via Open Table reservation. Seated promptly - ocassionally you have to wait even with reservation. The filet and prime rib were cooked perfectly and of good quality, the salad and baked potato was really good as well. Our sever was top notch and hit all the top marks. Again, very consistent experience at a high level on the impoortant things - food and service.

Had the filet, green beans and au grautin potatoes. Everything was fabulous!

I ordered steak, Brussel sprouts and what should have been mashed potatoes to go and was not happy or satisfied about it. I’ll leave the photos here for others to use.

As always the good first, food was amazing, our server was extremely good, went on Thursday night very light crowd easy to get a table. Now the bad the kitchen took almost 45 minutes to complete our meals which earned it the four star rating, it took so long the waiter felt guilty and gave us free desserts. I would recommend this place for great steaks, hopefully the kitchen gets it together.

We went to Black Angus for my son's birthday. The food was good. The service by our waitress was excellent. However, we took a dessert to go and when we got home the cake was so dry. Other than that, I would go back.

Disappointed with steak..tough! Up charge was outrageous...SIRLOIN TO FILET WAS 14 DOLLARS!!!

The only disappointment that we had was they advertised pumpkin cheesecake and didn't have any and the Mile High Mud Pie and that was discontinued. Other than that everything was great!

When we parked we were suspicious if they were even open on a Saturday night no one was there. Well I see why the food quality has gone down the food is nothing like it used to be. We use to come here quite often years ago but I’m afraid this last visit would definitely be our last. The host was also our server which was not an issue just her service was so dry and not very friendly. The food was terrible! The best thing I had was my drink and I don’t go to a steak house for the drinks needless to say won’t be surprised if this place closes down for good soon. Also as customers we could hear the workers talking about closing down an hour and a half before they close on a Saturday I don’t think those conversations should be had around customers. Definitely a disappointment for our date night but would definitely say lesson learned. We ate there last night and I’m honestly feeling a bit sick now the food quality is just terrible and the prices is way to expensive for the quality like I said the best thing I had there was the sprite and I can get that anywhere just save yourself some money got to longhorn or Texas Roadhouse better quality for your money.

Great food. A little spendy but nice for celebratory meals. Great appetizers. Haven't done happy hour there for awhile but those used to be great.

We often dine at the Black Angus Steakhouse in Chandler, Arizona. The food is delicious and the ambiance is good. But the service is what brings us back so often, The manager, Tom, is very accommodating, and our favorite server, Chris, makes certain that everything goes well. She has even given us her cell number so that we can assure that she will be there on the evenings that we are dining. She is a real gem!

Ran down establishment with bad smells. Will not return.
