Black Rock Coffee Bar

We went to this black rock location to enjoy our Saturday morning. My husband went to purchase a gift card, and was charged for the gift card and also for the order for the person in front of us (because they paid with cash). When my husband asked why he was charged the staff didn’t apologize, but instead said “you should make a claim with your bank for a refund”. We were not upset about the mix up, because it really wasn’t a big deal, but we were disappointed that the staff did not offer an apology of any kind.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops with a killer staff and great consistency, but the flies and filthy window sills are out of control. Can’t sit without getting bombarded by flies on everything, it’s awful.

Please get better packaging for your deliveries. My bagel should not be hanging out of the sleeve on my doorstep. You've had three years to get this right. A simple bag will do.

I did not visit Black Rock. We had the Mimosa 5k run check in near this location

We always stop here on our bike loop - recommend the nitro cold brew!

Slept on spot for coffee in Chandler AZ

Very yummy I love black rock they very good the staff are nice and sweet I will bring my friend or go on trip stop by to get coffee today I have work so I want coffee from black rock❤️❤️❤️

Very cool location, the seating and staff are very nice, plenty of parking.
The coffee taste was okay, not super tasty nor rich expresso.

Beautiful coffee shop with amazing service. Ordered a matcha latte but it didn’t come out as I imagined, with that being said, they remade my drink with no questions asked. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic coffee shop ??

I’m just visiting Phoenix for the day and stopped in for my cold sweet treat and it was totally worth it. I got the blended blackout and was the perfect mix of coffee and sweet without being too much of either. The staff are chill and friendly, their choices of music are a vibe. The inside is nice and calm and good for studying or if you’re just having coffee with a friend. If I’m back in town I’d definitely come by!

Black rock coffee is literally the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I was driving by because Starbucks had a huge line and I should’ve known there wasn’t a line at Black rock Coffee so anyway I decided to stop by there and try it out first of all they didn’t make my latte right which is super easy, Then they charged me $7.00 dollars!!!! for a medium latte!!!! Then after drinking it I got the worst migraine I’ve ever had this place is horrible low quality Coffee and low quality service. I will never go here again!
