Usually love black rock. I'm from CA and get it frequently when visiting family. The one I usually go to is down in Tucson and they never miss.

I stopped at this one before my drive back to CA and it was really bad. My usual is a half sweet Mexican mocha. This not only didn't taste like a Mexican mocha, it tasted like thry scraped the bottom of a day old coffee pot to make my drink. Not to be dramatic but every time I had some it made me mad. Ended up throwing it away. I expect this quality from Starbucks but not black rock.

First time ordering. Tried the Mexican Mocha and it was DELICIOUS! It came out piping hot, which I love, and the barista was super helpful and very nice.

Pretty good service and coffee

As a huge fan of black rock, I wish I could give more stars however this experience cause for a one star review.

I was about halfway through drinking my iced latte when a piece of hair about 2 inches long came through the straw into my mouth.

I thought food service employees are supposed to wear hats or hairnets? I just dumped out the rest of my drink, great.

Good coffee, great service. I just dont like how they shut down the ice coffee machine early, 2 hours before closing. I'm not a fan of the americano, watered down espresso. Cold Brew is more expensive than regular ice coffee. I wish you'd order flavored Chobani Creamers. They are the best creamers. The cost to add non dairy milk, should be exempt because coffee is expensive enough. You don't charge for regular cream or milk. Shouldn't charge for non dairy substitute. You do have good coffee and great staff!

We went to this black rock location to enjoy our Saturday morning. My husband went to purchase a gift card, and was charged for the gift card and also for the order for the person in front of us (because they paid with cash). When my husband asked why he was charged the staff didn’t apologize, but instead said “you should make a claim with your bank for a refund”. We were not upset about the mix up, because it really wasn’t a big deal, but we were disappointed that the staff did not offer an apology of any kind.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops with a killer staff and great consistency, but the flies and filthy window sills are out of control. Can’t sit without getting bombarded by flies on everything, it’s awful.

Please get better packaging for your deliveries. My bagel should not be hanging out of the sleeve on my doorstep. You've had three years to get this right. A simple bag will do.
