My daughter and I stopped about 5am black friday. We ordered two coffees and were the only ones in the shop. It took about 10 minutes and there was excessive grinding going on. We paid and it wasnt until we were on the road and we took a sip. It was undrinkable and we drove to another coffee chain, poured out the disgusting coffee and ordered from the other chain. The barista from Black Rock had said she was having problems with the grinder. She should've never served us. Very disappointing and 15.00 worth of coffee was dumped out.

I used to come daily and within the last 6 months slowly started driving the additional 4-5 min to neighboring black rocks. This location lacks consistency. I order the same thing the same way every time and it tastes different every time.
This last time did it for me - my shaken espresso tasted like watered down drip coffee which almost made me go back but why bother

Went again today- drink was not stirred again. This location is 2 minutes from my home and it's so disappointing.
Drinks are NEVER stirred properly. This is only one of many times our fuels haven't been mixed- its so disheartening that we literally have to ask them to mix it- when we don't it's always handed to us like this.

This location has really stepped up their customer service and interactions! I visit quite often with my dog and we always feel welcomed. Kade in particular is always so friendly and really on top of the morning bushel. 🫶🏻⚡️

I was told by the barista when I ordered that a cup of drip coffee would include exactly one free refill. Upon asking for that refill I was informed that there were no free refills and that refills are only discounted 50%. I will now be walking an extra mile to Starbucks if I ever want to go out for coffee.

I love the baristas here they are so bubbly and sweet but I feel like everytime I order an alternative milk, I am still getting cows milk at oatmilk pricing. If you have a dairy allergy this is absolutely not the place for you unless you're willing to risk it. I have complained at least 3 times and there have been no improvements.

This was my first time coming here and trying black rock coffee. I ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes, bacon egg Gouda sandwich, and donut wholes. The food was amazing. I loved the sandwich, you can taste the black pepper it was 1000/10. The coffee was not that great. I didn’t taste no pumpkin, I think they either forgot to add it or gave me the wrong drink. My boyfriend’s drink tasted more bitter than mine and no pumpkin flavor.
