I walked in & was greeted immediately by a gentleman named canyon, later to find out, he was a manager. He was extremely kind & respectful. I then waited only about 2 minutes to get my drink that was delicious. Then this girl came out into the lobby & started to pick up trash & clean the tables & came over & asked how my drink was. Very enjoyable experience.
This location specifically has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I've been coming here the last 3-4 months about twice a week and every time I come, I have such great conversation with whoever is taking my order! These guys really go above and beyond to connect with customers and make sure your drink comes out perfect! Thank you black rock employees for continuously making my mornings better!!💘💕☕️
Came by here from the library just killing time and doing work. Was able to get a nice cold energy drink for decent price and able to do my work inside in cool and chill environment.
