The donuts melt in your mouth that's how fresh they are my goodness and there was a lot of people coming here parking lot was full that's a good sign and now I know why cuz the donuts are awesome they have a huge selection everybody's kind so there's good customer service people are having fun in the lobby so very bright cheery place and they were happy to help quick service this is my new donut shop

I went in late at night and told the cashier I was going to buy something but I really needed to use the restroom. After 5 minutes of me in there, the cashier kept knocking for me to get out. Was it necessary I needed to tell her if I was going number one or number 2? After that incident I just left and didn't buy anything because it was so rude what she did to me to be rushed out of the bathroom. I was so upset. Happened 11/28 at 930pm.

I hate having to write this review because the donuts are great. I’m getting tired of being asked to tip when I’m in the drive through. Especially, when I only ever order two donuts! This is the only BoSa that instead of just taking my payment, reaches the card machine out the window and asks if I want to tip.
I think it’s absurd. The employee put two donuts in a bag and put the machine reader out the window to take my payment so they could get a tip. A tip for what????
I believe in tipping well when I go to a restaurant, but wanting a tip for putting two donuts in a bag is getting out of control. I won’t be back to this location because of this.

I just need to mention my experience with one of your employees she's a very skinny young girl with glasses. she was rude me and the customer in front of me. she was rude to the employee she was working with, also she went in the bathroom for 20 mins and left the other employee alone to take care of the counter and the drive thru and other orders, also it made my experience unpleasant and I don't know if I will be back. very unprofessional in my opinion.

Ordered a blended mocha from this place around 7:45PM 9/17/2025... What I got was BLENDED PLASTIC. I am not talking about poor quality or taste, but LITERAL blended plastic. About a teaspoon of it, from what we could gather. Ranging in size from about a sand grain to 1/3 of a dime. Yes, I'm sure losing an entire measuring cup into a blender was an accident, but this is a really big accident to make. Seriously, this is a muck up to the Nth degree. I have about a day to find out if what plastic I ended up ingesting does any damage to me. Luckily it was only 2 sips. However, if it does cause me harm, a lawyer will be involved. Hopefully I am the only one affected. I'll add a picture of what we could pull out of the drink with a strainer, but since some of the plastic was so fine, there was likely a lot more we couldn't catch.

Older building KFC converted to bosa Donuts. Place kept very clean. Owner/workers were super polite; but over all the place was too quiet...melancholy almost. Food was great though. Good seating

It's been almost a year since we were there. The last time the donuts tasted like old burnt oil. Last week I walked in it was not busy 3 employees were talking by the cash register. They were not paying attention I asked for help with no answer. I figured if the donuts are as good as the customer service it hasn't changed so I left.
This place has delicious donuts and are far less expensive than the other area donuts shops.

I have only used the drive through, I don't know the atmosphere. Staff is always upbeat and quick. Good doughnuts. Making my coworkers fat and lazy one box at a time. It always shuts up the family when I give them Bosa's. It's a win!
