I keep trying to give them another chance because of all the good reviews but I find them shrinking in size, 3 inch maple bars and very small apple fritters, but still the higher Price and even tho I go around noon they are old and dried out.

These donuts are really good. Far better than grocery store donuts and although it's a chain they are much easier to find than other places like Krispy Kreme

The girls forgot my bagel and when I went back to get it they remade it but it was way over toasted and hard as a rock and they couldn’t even put cream cheese on both sides. Was really disappointing, especially since I had to go back for it. My husband got the apple filled donut and he said it was terrible. Customer service was disappointing. I had to go back and this is what you give me?

I was charged for 2 coffees, then was told that they didn't have any more coffee and that their manager would send a refund to my card. I never got the refund, so they owe me 2 coffees or my money back.

I like donuts and I cannot lie! Bosa is awesome. I have been here for years since they open. Good donuts for sure. I like the fact that they are that crowded and always have the donuts that I like. Very well stocked and fresh.

Went in this morning, Wednesday, about 8 am and ordered a dozen donuts. They all tasted like they were a day old. I understand it’s wasteful to throw away unused food, but perhaps they could find a way to donate them and provide same-day fresh donuts to paying customers. Very disappointed as this was the first time this happened at this location.
