Used to work for the company about 4 years ago, so my expectations are always special whenever I go to any Bosa. I was amazed of how nice this location was, definitely a refresher compared to the ones I've been to as well as the one I worked at. Employees were friendly which was good, my only complaint was that if prices are going to increase, which is understandable, please don't make the donuts smaller especially the buttermilk donuts. The one I got was clearly smaller than what the standard size is, slight disappointed.

Decent donut selection. Donuts were tasty enough. Service was decent nothing amazing and nothing to complain about. Definitely the old school donut parlor vibes. Price points are a bit high but donut shops are lacking in AZ

I had a free donut coupon and another one for 1 dozen donut holes for 99 cents. I aske the owner if I could use both at the same time? He said no, can't use 2 coupons at the same time! I asked if my daughter, who was out in the car, can make her own purchase and use the second coupon. Not sure what got him triggered but he said " don't be cheap, you're getting a free donut" in a very high and aggressive voice. I told him to be respectful, lower his voice since I was not a child he was yelling at and started recording his reaction. He kicked me out of the store and started yelling in front of other customers about how cheap I was. I told him that he better honor the coupon from Bosa Donuts or else I will send the video and call the corporate office for refusing to honor their own coupon. His wife put a donut in a bag and gave it to me while he was still yelling at me to get out of his store. I'm thinking about sending the video recording to corporate to show them how one of their franchise owners is treating their customers!

The Donuts are fresh and delicious! I highly recommend trying these donuts. I ordered the glazed raised and chocolate raised. They threw in a few cake donuts that was great as well. The service was as well. Please patronize. You won't regret it.

Bought a ham and cheese croissant and it looked nothing as advertised. At first I thought it was just a warmed croissant and took it back to the counter. In cutting it open it was one small piece of ham rolled so the a small amount of cheese. Very disappointing! Don't recommend! Dunkin' does it better!

Awesome Donuts! Great Service! Very busy place. Call ahead for large orders. Workers always have a great attitude. The dining area is always very clean and well-kept as well.

Bosa has a “broken” gift card machine and wouldn’t let us use our gift cards. Screams shady behavior. If it’s not fixed within a week or two, a BBB report will be filed.They also tried to charge tax when purchasing a gift card. You can’t charge tax when purchasing gift cards…

I keep trying to give them another chance because of all the good reviews but I find them shrinking in size, 3 inch maple bars and very small apple fritters, but still the higher Price and even tho I go around noon they are old and dried out.

These donuts are really good. Far better than grocery store donuts and although it's a chain they are much easier to find than other places like Krispy Kreme
