I have been coming to this place for many years, especially enjoying the live music every week. However, the last live music night was a nightmare. The new staff does not understand the great atmosphere and excellent service that the old staff built over the years.
We were kicked off the lawn during the music by the new staff, which was very disrespectful. They didn’t even allow us to finish our wine. One of the waiters told us to quickly finish (“skull”) our glass of wine, which was completely inappropriate. I understand they may have wanted to go home, for the night but the place was still full of customers. So we left the place so disappointed

We have been to this place several times, and we love the atmosphere, food and music. Tonight we had a complete different experience, we were impressed that we literally were kicked out. I understand that there is a schedule to follow, but there is no reason to rush the customer to drink their drinks and make them feel uncomfortable. We were having a great time, and towards the end the server was very inpatient and rude, asking us if we wanted to have the umbrella closed or open, if we wanted a container for our drinks. We were enjoying our wines and it is very uncomfortable to be asked to have them like shots just because they want to close. They should time the service better and no offer more drinks if they know they really going to run out of time. We will come back, but I want to make this comment as it was very weird and made us feel awkward. Please take this as a constructive criticism

The staff and servers are not friendly or welcoming! Not a single greeting or a simple smile, It started with the young lady at the POS system making us feel like not welcomed and then barista behind the bar. She called our name out for our drinks and there was a couple drinks at the counter so while I was looking for my drinks, she seem annoyed that I couldn’t figure out which drinks was ours. The food was good, but I won’t be back.

Beautiful coffee shop in Chandler with the options of indoor or outdoor seating. Extremely friendly staff where you feel welcome from the second you walk in. Great coffee and food at an affordable price too!
I love trying new things and this place was no exception. First of all this place has been 3 minutes from my house this entire time and I have missed out on a beautiful hidden secret. Bottle and Bean is an entire day experience! Wonderful upscale little place with top notch staff, amazing food and drinks and a great place to just forget the world for a while. Highly recommend we are actually going back again this weekend!

Unfortunately, there is a rampant fly problem. Large, nasty flies that'll land on your coffee/food. Air curtains should be invested in, among other changes.
