Went in for a coffee and a sandwich, and after receiving the food but not the drink went inside to check. Apparently it wasn't rung up and they stated they would make it for me if I waited a minute. Went outside to drop off my water and the girl came out stating they would make it if I would pay for it, I said no thanks. A bit later the girl comes back asking if I was sure and trying to make me answer why it didn't get rung up, as if it was my fault. Very awkward and rude customer service, but the food is good and outside is nice. It wasn't upsetting that I would've had to pay for my drink, what was upsetting with them basically trying to prove by showing me a handheld that I "didn't order it" and then asking if it's the cashier's fault.

The server did not enter the correct order. When my daughter went back to collect her coffee they said they didn't have it. It sounded like they were going to comp the coffee but not being sure my daughter declined. THEN the server came out to our table and showed us that the coffee was not on the order and said she could place the order. Again my daughter declined since her food had already been delivered. To make it even worse the server came back again and said that she could place the order. Could it be any more awkward? She literally stood there staring at her trying to get her to buy the coffee. It's a shame because everything else was great. Please work on your customer service. I don't know if I would go back.

We Love this place! Unfortunately, parents are allowing their kids to, run, jump on the tables, furniture, and scream while sitting outside. We come here on a regular basis. Love the workers, love the coffee but getting chased out by bad parenting. Please do something about this. Thank you

This place is incredible. My coworker and I love coming here on our coffee runs for work. The workers are always so nice, they’re happy to be there, they get you in and out. The coffee and food are amazing quality. I always get the el coco loco coffee and recently just tried their egg sandwich. Delicious. Beautiful cozy atmosphere too.

Just left Bottle & Bean. It was a busy Sunday there but the staff always handles it well. They are all so kind and care about great service. My breakfast sandwich came out fast and tasted so good. I always enjoy myself at B&B. Thank you!
Just left ..RUDE service - I didn't see something on the menu- person behind the counter slammed down drink and parfait and then tossed the utensils and went out of her way to point out where the menu item was and when I asked for grace as I've been up working east coast hours, so 4am local time - I got a lot of chirping back. If I had the time and energy I'dve asked for my tip back. Mocha isn't that great ...And it's Customer Service Week

We arrived at 6:30pm, ordered a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board. The kids waiting on us were great, but at 6:50pm we were told that they close at 7pm. This is a coffee shop that also sells wine.
