Bourbon Jacks American Tavern

The live music is great, the food is amazing (wings are awesome), and the service was really amazing too! Vivian was an amazing server. I was an idiot and spilled a wing on my brand new hoodie I got for Christmas and she rushed to get some soda water to help me clean it up. I’ve never had better service or food. Easy 5 stars.

Eh… It was karaoke night. What do you expect for atmosphere? LOL! Seriously, security welcomed my friend and my extremely well behaved, highly trained 103 pound German Shepherd, unlike the Irish pub up the street. We won’t be returning there. My friend is a professional chef that cooks at two very high end restaurants. We enjoyed evening appetizers and The Chef commented that they were “pretty damn good.“. Drink pours were very generous. Bartenders were kind, friendly, and patient, explaining the Tuesday evening specials. At least seven people came up and greeted my dog. Very relaxed place, and the food was actually good. It’s good when sitting with bartenders from other establishments enjoying fun on their days off. Bartenders went out of their way to acknowledge, our “service industry“ tips. We will be returning. Thank you, Bourbon Jacks.

Went to this place a week back on a Saturday evening for our anniversary

Good: The live music and ambience was great, food was good, loved the cookie dough shots..

Bad: the waitress who attended us (the taller one) was not friendly at all! Couldn’t even manage a smile! She kept rushing us to order when the restaurant was empty (we took may be 10 minutes?) and then kept rushing us to leave the restaurant- asked if we wanted the check while we were still eating. Also the cocktails were very mild.

Overall, it was not a great experience and we probably won’t return.

Amazing atmosphere and service! All staff (Karli, bartenders, security) are top notch and the band that was playing was great. Seeing live music is a treat! The food and drinks were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We Just left, this was my experience. I ordered a vodka soda short, got a tall and decided not to say anything. Then I ordered the jalepeno brisket Mac n cheese....so watery and flavorless. Dont expect a yummy mac n cheesy goodness cuz its simply not there. I also ordered a loaded baked potato as a side, but my husband's potato skins appetizer looked and tasted better. Waste of my time, money and morning.

Cool spot. Loud music. Came for Monday night football. They had a live band that came in to play. They were extremely loud (checked decibel levels on my phone and they were at 95db that's equivalent to standing next to a lawnmower) asked if they could turn down the house speakers, they were polite but the levels didn't change. Made it very difficult to have a conversation with my group sitting right next to me. I'm all for live music and glad they have it, but 90db+ for 2 hours is dangerous to your hearing. I'd suggest the venue advise their talent to be mindful of their levels.

This place is awesome!!! Reese is an incredible bartender and Jerrick/Gerrick is an equally incredible at managing security. We felt safe respected and had a great time!Highly recommend the professionalism combined with top tier hospitality made for an exceptional experience
