Brown Brothers Catering

We attended a catered event last night for a senior awards ceremony. I'm told that Brown Brothers did the catering. The food was incredible! The rolls had such a nice home baked flavor (even the butter was perfect). The salad greens with strawberries was so fresh and unblemished. The salad and dressing combination was perfect. The chicken marsala tasted much better than it looked (not that it looked bad, because it didn't! I just didn't expect much from it, but I was definitely wrong!) The slice of roast beef that I was given was perfect! And the mashed potatoes...I could do an entire review just on the potatoes. Everyone at our table thought they were absolutely incredible! Best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The green beans almondine was superb as well. Dessert was perfect as well. I'm not the one who catered the event obviously, so I can't comment on the business side of things. But if it's anything like the food, then it's 100%! I definitely recommend Brown Brothers.

Brown Brothers catered our Gala and did an absolutely amazing job! Professional staff, on time, and the food was fabulous!

We had a garden wedding in July. Brown Brothers Catering was easy to work with, amazing staff and food was delicious! We would highly recommend Brown Brothers Carering for any event.
