When I go eat out I usually dont feel like i get my moneys worth.. but not here. This place is great and the amount of value this place gives you for the money is incredible. Only downside: outside covered seating.

First time here. First thing, the taste of the ice cream is really good. The downside is the portions. 2 scoops didn’t even fill half of a cup and there was more syrup and sprinkles than actual ice cream. For the price for a family of 5, just not worth it. Also, not the biggest fan of cream in an outside/drive through only environment. It’s too bad since the icecream flavor could have made this place a home run.

First time here. I am going to be the odd duck and say I wasn't impressed. 30min wait in Drive thru, and I was asked if I wanted to tip. Andy's Frozen Custard doesn't solicit tips. The two scoops were pretty darn small and it costed over $6. The Cheesecake with Oreo was good I will admit. But I can't justify coming back when there are better places.

Sasha took great care of me Friday! I explained to her the previous orders I received compared to the menu picture shown of the ice cream I picked. I didn't know if the recipe changed but she immediately took ownership(even though I'm sure if wasn't her fault), and offered me a free replacement! I didn't even have to ask, she was very nice, empathetic, caring, what she gave me was perfect, as well as the others I purchased, and she made my day! My boyfriend and I love the ice cream here and never have any issues! I've worked in customer service for years and she handled my situation perfectly! ?
