I rarely if ever post negative comments. I usually dont comment at all on places that really disappoint. However this is the second time that Buffalo really made for an unpleasant experience. Boneless wings were well overcooked and the Teriyaki was thick enough to be a glaze and unfortunately not tasty at all. Service was short and I quess I would call it a little brisk. Given both these experiences I dont believe i will be back. Make your own conclusions.

I ordered delivery and their cashier packaged someone else’s order into my bag, sending me a completely wrong order. I understand mistakes happen and I was going to get a refund but it didn’t rectify the fact I was still without a meal. Their resolution was I could come get it. Clearly if that was an option, I would have never paid double the price to have it delivered. All I got was shoulder shrugs, things happen and an insincere apology. Whole meal wasted and went into the trash and still left withOUT dinner, mind you it was my first meal of the day close to
Midnight. Oh and my first experience with them cause I wanted to try something different. I knew I should have stuck with wings stop 😔 FML

We couldn't even rank the food or anything. Sat there for 15min no one came to get our drink or even food order. We got up and just left. The place wasnt even that busy.

So my co-worker and I decided to stop for lunch and decided to sit at the bar. I’ve never experienced such a rude, unprofessional and careless bartender before. The guy did not greet us, asked if we want to eat or drink, then proceeded to take our order making us feel like we owe him money. If he hates his job so much, he shouldn’t be there! Then the food came, tasteless, cold, overcooked and it was very disappointing. On top of that, when I asked for another cocktail drink, the bartender asked if he can use my glass again, I said no, get me a new glass. He was pissed and start slamming items around. I was shocked! He took my glass to the back of house and god knows what he did to my drink, in fact, I didn’t drink it because I didn’t trust the bartender. Management should look at this closely and do what is necessary to fix this place.

Worst experience. Worst customer service. Waited 40 min for a dessert. Even they messed up the appetizer. Server was not at all interested in getting us our order. Finally we left the place without having the dessert. This place is a big no no. Never coming back.

Witching Hour 1692

The reason for the low stars is how expensive this place has gotten. I got cheese curds and tatter tots with a drink to go and it was $23.75 I could have went anywhere and sat down and got served for that price with a tip.

This Buffalo Wild Wings location at Chandler mall is great. Big props to our server Paige who is amazing and very friendly. There’s many servers at other locations that don’t come and check up on you and you have your mouth on fire while waiting for a refill of water, but not with Paige, she’s constantly making sure you have everything you need. I don’t know how she does it, but she’s always on top of everything and is extremely friendly and provides a positive vibe despite having to deal with rude customers sometimes. I always go to BWW on the days Paige is working to make sure I have the best experience!

This is kind of an odd review. Me and my family came in to have lunch. I had a newborn in a stroller with me so we sat in the back by a wall so we were out of the way. Our server, Paige, came over to take our drink order after about 15 mins. She placed her hand on the table in front of me and hovered over me. I had to lean away from her or we would have been touching. My baby was also next to me on the side she was standing on. This put her in between me and my baby. I did not appreciate this. However, this was not the big issue. I am a very easy person. I can accommodate pretty much anything. The server asked me to move my stroller. Before I could even react and before she even finished asking; She proceeded to PICK UP my stroller with my CHILD still in it. This was absolutely not okay. I don’t care who you are you do not pick up, touch, or move my kid. I requested a new server. As you can probably tell I wasn’t happy. Our new server was Lexi. She was absolutely amazing and needs a raise. She was very kind and very understanding. This is not a review that should look badly on Lexi. However, I would strongly advise that something be done with Paige, as I also witnessed her sitting down at tables to take orders. Lexi, I hope you get a great acknowledgment for your incredible service. As for Paige, I hope to never see you again, you need to learn table manners and that it is never okay to move other people children. I hope this finds the right people.

Marcus is the goat, had 15 wings 3 different flavors and it was no problem. Changed our soda because it was flat right away. They need to give him a raise :)

I went too close to the fire and got burnt. Shame on me for not trusting the 3.8 star Google ratings on this place and still went for a National Wing Day. Sometimes hunger and celebration spirit blind ratings. The nostalgia from college also came back and that somehow won over the fact that there are many other wing places in the valley that would have had a better outcome than this one at BWW.

I placed a mobile order to be picked up asap and was quoted 20 minutes. When I showed up, I knew right away that I’m screwed. There were plenty of people waiting by the entrance. The poor hostess was working on seating, phone orders, online ordering management, and cleaning up tables. I can’t imagine how stressful that must be. One of the stars is for her. I ended up waiting for 40 more minutes along with other people before my bag showed up. The other star is for the food. The wings tasted great. Was it worth 40 minutes of waiting plus 10 minutes driving there? No.
