I had a feather still attached to the chicken wing! Made me very sick to my stomach! Had to throw away my hole oder!
I went to Buffalo wild wings around 1030. I ordered two buffalo wraps and an appetizer swear it took like two minutes and went out horrible service horrible food. They need to change all the people in the back just trashy food waste of money.

I would never go back, I think it's so crazy to have 4 families of 5 people and the managers tell you it's difficult for us, what are you doing there for 1 hour waiting with so much space?

Sat out on patio last night best service I've ever had anywhere. Denise was the best. Food was brought out right after we ordered. HOWEVER my daughter asked for a sample of the special beer of the day, Goose isl wild herd and we were charged $.31 for a shot glass to sample. I've never paid for a sample and the server never mentioned there would be a charge. After I spent over $146.00 that evening. Totally disappointed.

We have ordered delivery from BWW 3 times and have not had our order correctly delivered. First with sauces, then a drink, and now a full meal. This time we called BWW and were told they use Door Dash so they can't do anything to fix the mistakes since it's "not on them". and they could refund the burger or we could go pick it up (even though we paid for delivery). So we lost money on the tip and delivery fee since it's a percentage of what you pay and BWW did nothing to refund/credit for that lost money, only redunding for the burger. It's not the customer's fault that BWW chooses to use a 3rd party; they need to be responsible for placing all the items in the bag that they give to the drivers. We are now down money and don't even have a full meal.
