I have been coming to this location about once a week. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and paid for it. I also asked if they could make sure the cheese was melted on it because cold American cheese makes me cringe. NOT a hard task. What they gave me was a single hamburger with nothing on it. Just a pattie and bun. Couldn't even give me what I paid for. If me asking for them to melt the cheese pissed them off so bad to do this then they should not be working. This sorta hurt my feelings being that I go there once a week and never had a problem. I will not be returning. I only have 20 min for lunch and can't be running around fixing this.

The staff was very friendly and the food was hot!!! Ngl I gave up on this store because of past problems. But, this store has had a real turn around. It seems they have all new staff. They seem like they really care about the customers and the quality of their service. 10 out of 10 best experience yet.
The food was fresh and amazing. I come here all the time and their worker David was very helpful when I had a small problem with my app. This location seems to be doing a lot better recently, always spotless when I come in and always has great service.

I came in to this establishment last week and was appalled by the quality of the service. I was not helped for 10 MINUTES and i waited in the front as i watched the employees just stand around in the back doing nothing. A tall black man i think his name was Julian or Julio was just sitting in the lobby so I assumed he was a customer but later came back to the register to ring me up. How unprofessional and lazy! Food was mediocre I definitely had better in other locations DO NOT GO TO THE OCOTILLO BURGER KING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISSAPOINTED!!
