I used to work for burger King back in the day worked every station and these employee's haven't got what it takes to be a quick and efficient establishment. 1 gal in the cook station looked overwhelmed when the place hasn't even busy one guy walking around with his thumbs up his ass. This place is never busy it's been this way for years. It's apparent that management sucks. Give me that place for few months and baaaaam it becomes the best burger king in chandler. Waited for 15 minutes for them to make me 2 meals and a couple of burgers. Wasn't hot cause my food sat waiting for a sandwhich that should of went down when the put the onion ringa wings down terrible service and people were waiting for food outside their car at least 2 of them when I was there. Burger King wonders why they are losing business. Make burger king great again!!!

Let me preface this by saying…I LOVE BK, but THIS location is just terrible. They almost never have any customers and yet they don’t know how to take an order correctly and it takes them FOREVER to get you your food. Like you have no customers, how is it still taking you THIS long to get me my food?!?

This location is closed and surrounded by chain link fence and construction trucks. This location is not open.

Waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes didn't even get any service. The other 2 cars that were suppose to be behind me did.

Went inside ordered my food. The guy charged me 46 dollars. He took my money looked on the receipt said change dude 46 dollars. Ordered cheesy tots. They were completely dry. Manager said he only had 6 left. Offered some free Mozzarella sticks. They were completely dry as well. I think I'm done with that burger king. Ordered food around 330pm today 12/9/24.

Terrible. Had a 3rd consecutive order with missing food, poor food quality with super greasy fried pickles (should not try to sell
This product), stale buns and cold food. Drive thru attendant was rude as well. I have low expectations for fast food, and this is consistently worse than that.

This BK is the slowest joint I have ever been too. I put in an online order and waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru. This ridiculous wait made me lose a lyft ride... so not only wasted my time but lost me money!
