The buns were stiff and cold. I think they forgot to put them through there toaster. I used to work at a bk 25 years ago lol. Dirty sticky floor and my table was littered with crumbs and frys on floor. Quite a depressing atmosphere to be honest. Love bk though just not this 1

We were the only vehicle in the drive through, and the restaurant lobby was closed at 5:54 PM. It took 13 minutes to get our food and drinks. The person working the drive thru was standing at the counter staring into space. Once we got the food the fries were old and cold and the cheesy tots were ice cold and stale. We went back to the drive thru to return the cold, stale food because the lobby was closed, we waited another 16 minutes behind 3 cars before we finally gave up and backed out of the drive thru and left. We paid $34.02 for old and cold fries and ice cold, stale cheesy tots. Highly dissatisfied.

They do not stay open until the time it says they closed we came here 35 minutes prior to closing and the screens were off and the lady at the wi dow said they closed early...
My Chicken Jr. was breaded Jerky on a bun ? now I see why the girl at the window had an attitude when I asked for my receipt after she didn't give it to me.

I placed a mobile order at 10:27pm. Store closes at 11. Got there before close and an employee says the kitchen staff already left so there’s one there to make the food. I’m sorry???? There isn’t even an option to cancel my order on the app so I was charged for food I never received. Thank you for wasting my money, time, and gas.
