Unsalted Fries: I know what you're thinking, who orders unsalted fries, but I do. Twice I've ordered unsalted fries, but got extrea salted fries. Point is if you agree to take the oder you should deliver or just say no. It's really that simple.

Honestly I’m tempted to put 1 star for service because I’ve never had a single positive interaction with an employee at this location in years and today is the last time I’ll even attempt to get food at the location. At least 2nd shift; specifically 430-530pm Monday-Thursday. They will NOT acknowledge you. You will need to get there attention and get them to look at the mobile orders where they will then make you wait until you ask a second time “what am I waiting on” just to not hear you or say; it’ll be out. Then they turn around back to their phones chatting away. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Years ago they didn’t even have the doors unlocked but would accept online orders and just tell you: “🤷🏻♂️” from behind the glass. I get it’s a fast food job but there should be a bare minimum of some respect there.

Wow the food and service was amazing! I had a problem ordering due to my lack of speaking English but the workers were so patient and kind! I even had to ask for her name! Adeline was so kind and really tried to help me!

I had an unpleasant experience at this Burger King location due to the service provided by an employee named Adeline. She was noticeably rude and unprofessional, which made the visit frustrating. The food was ok but took far longer than expected and still fell short of quality standards, even compared to what you’d normally expect from Burger King. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed everything else.

Been many times, no more after now. The GM is pushy, and rude. Even more rude and pushy if you dont donate your change. Purposely forgets items and gives no receipt. Double check your stuff and dont let her bad mood ruin your day.

I had made my order to this Burger King prior to arriving. I had requested that they cut my original chicken sandwiches in half, and I ordered the CHOCOLATE Oreo shake. Seems simple enough… but NO! My Original Chicken Sandwiches while very good, were NOT cut in half as requested (which makes it harder for someone like me who is disabled and only has one working arm) and I was also disappointed when I received VANILLA Oreo shakes, not Chocolate. Now some might say I’m being too picky. But as I stated, I’m disabled, I can not pick up my tray and walk it back to the counter. Needless to say, I was disappointed

I had to throw the food away. The chicken was like rubber. I couldn't even bite through it.
Always fast, very friendly through drive- thru and inside the restaurant as well.

They were closed at 8 in the evening and there was an industrial chemical truck in the lot running hoses into the back entry...not a good look guys :(

We decided to order the Whopper jr. And was very surprised at how tiny it was. I think technically, it's smaller than a hamburger. Amazing how prices are going higher and food portions are getting smaller. Truthfully it was all bun. But the table area was all nice and clean at least.
