Friendliest service will pick up your spirits while their food is good, from. Burgers, french fries, onion rings, etc- it's all good...
You can tell the oil is always new because their fries and onion rings always taste fresh.

My family and I went out to go have family dinner, my daughter was so happy to go since she had picked it and once we got there everything was going good until one of your workers (I didn't catch the name but she had medium length black hair and brown eyes) decided to give my daughter (12yearold) attitude after my daughter politely asked for ranch and she had to go to the back and get it, after that she rolled her eyes while giving it to us. I told my daughter not to get up anymore and i went myself, I asked her if she could please give me large fries and she ignored me and walked away, I asked her again and she finally gave them to me but she had tossed them at me. (I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO GET BETTER EMPLOYEES AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Went to the BK at Alma School and Elliot. The dining room was closed again. They really need to post a sign when this happens. We opted to go to the Burger King on Ray and Dobson instead. They were very friendly.

Food is in consistent quality but the manager that was cleaning here lacked the friendly customer service. She huffed and puffed over a minor mistake my husband made instead of kindly letting us know the concern she had. The other employees were more friendly.

I don't know what the dude in the drive thru's issue is but EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here he has the WORST attitude. My final straw was tonight when I was new to redeeming BK app rewards. I wasn't aware that I needed to provide the code in advance and he responded to me with "I really don't want to deal with this but I guess I will" and then at the window further scolded me by stating "I won't do this again next time" If you hate your job that much, work somewhere else man. No way I'll be returning to this location. This employee is rude every single interaction I have with him and this time he purposely neglected to give me my recipt.

The woman working behind the counter (Dawn) has been complaining about how management needs to hire more people and how much work she had to do. She is also very rude and huffing and rolling her eyes every time a new customer came to the counter. It’s very unprofessional and seems like if she’s that miserable at her job she would maybe find a different job.

I ordered food on the 8th of December around 9:09 on the app. Once I came to pick it up at 9:24 I was told the store was closed by the drive-thru automated message. The hours are either listed incorrectly or this worker was not about to do his job because the window clearly states the drive thru hours extend until 10 lmao. Either way I stayed a bit in the drive thru but circled around to see the worker was sitting in the dining area at 9:39.

I order food through the app and wasn't late, they closed the store when I went to pick it up at 9:10 and my pick up time was 9:09 . I already paid and thr guy was just inside waiting not doing anything I waited and knocked for over a half hour. Today is 12/8/2024 and the time is 9:49 so see who was ever working that day at this time because they just closed and denied to give me food. It's ridiculous.

This review is a late posting, but my last visit at another location recently made me fed up and decided to inform this location as well of their rudeness as there is not one BK location in the valley that has employees with any mind of customer service.

Every time I have been to this location's drive thru, I pick up my order and NEVER get a Thank You or You're Welcome. They just hand you your bag of stuff and close the window. Do they train all BK employees to be rude to paying customers? They may as well just toss your items at you. Such a shame. Such disrespect for customers. As I said in another locations BK review, if they hate their lives so much, they need to get an education and look for another job with no people interactions b/c customer service is NOT it.
