We mobile ordered a bacon double, 2 onion rings and a rodeo cheeseburger and picked it up and they got got "0" items of the order right. I received chicken fries, a Whopper Jr, and a Whopper. Took it back and they said, " Well it says Michael on it" ?They corrected the order and we got home and threw away the food because of how awful it tasted.It's either too high of price or service or food quality that's driving people including us away from fast food. There's maybe 2 fast food companies that'll give good service, quality food, and good prices and BK is sadly not one of them anymore.

Drive-thru is very narrow and intimidating. Service was extremely slow. I asked if a particular condiment was placed in my bag and was told "Yes" only to get home and find out that it was not. Major inconvenience!

The one star is WAY, WAY too high of a rating for this place. First, the person at the front needs to know what is on the food she serves. She looked at the register to see what was on a sandwich my wife asked about, and totally failed to mention the sauce, which my wife would have asked not to have on the sandwich. Also, why does it cost 80 cents to switch the cheese on a sandwich. I can see for extra, but not to just switch. Then came the drinks. The soda was too carbonated and tasted gross. Also saw a chocolate shake that had barely been mixed. Glad that was not ours. While we were eating in the dining room, they locked the doors. This is at 1 pm. When we were done, we went to get a fry order for a family member. The same woman who had taken our order totally ignored us. She mumbled a brief "give me a minute", then walked away to work with the drive through. Never came back, and just walked past us numerous times. She and the manager, think this other woman was the manager, were rude as well. The possible manager left when they closed the dining room. The food was only so-so, except for the onion rings which were all breading, and no real onion. If this is their common service, which seems to be based on reviews, it is a wonder they are still open at all.
Waited in drive through behind someone (1 car) for 10 min. Truly a terrible experience and will never go again. This location is awful and defeats the purpose of fast food.

The place closes at 8 pm used to be the lobby would be closed on Sunday. Now it's indefinitely so it's a long, unsure, experience even with an online order because everyone is relegated to the drive thru your guaranteed to take +15 min and that is online/app orders. Let alone if you a drive up.Vegetarian options: They have impossible patties.
