I ordered food from here on 02-24-25 around noon. The manager was rude her English was very broken. I always check my food before i eat. I saw long black hair and spit mixed with mayo. Good thing I did not bite into my food. I saved my receipt took the order back showed the manager. When i address it too her she raised her voice like she wanted to argue with customer. Her worker that was preparing food had long black hair very messy wearing NO HAIR NET or NO FOOD GLOVES while handling the food people can get very sick and possible food poisoning. Food and health inspection need to inspect this place they need to loose there licenses operating unhealthy for safety reasons. I advised her i will let her boss above her know about this situation. She yelled back you can do whatever you want they don't care i just work here. She refund me with cash when I paid with debit card she told me she couldn't refund back on card. I never signed no receipt to show proof I was given cash back. She probably doesn't want get introuble with no proof of refunding. I don't recommend this place this lady is always working dirty with rudeness and nasty she plays dirty. The hire up need to evaluate her. They need to replace her with a better Manager.

Don't go here!!!! Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you order on the app and they're out of items they will not refund items they don't have in stock. Manager said
cancel your order online we don't do refunds or even get the money when paying online. So if you order with the app just know if they don't have items your out your money. Waste of $54.00. They even have the wrong address on the receipt ? This location needs to get it together. The correct address is 4979 w Ray road.

I came to eat with my work group, I asked for my hamburger without mustard and pickle, they put it in the same way, I told the girl that I couldn't eat mustard and she replied that she was sorry but that's what the sandwich has, if you want I can give you another one but you have to pay again ? I paid $18 for something I couldn't eat, terrible service, I'd rather not eat than end up in the hospital or pay again

This has been the worst experience in terms of attention and attitude of the girl who serves! I will never return to this store! My mother is allergic to mustard and I told the girl who serves and she told me that she can't change "you have to buy another one" was her response "

This review is from Drive-Thru only. Went to order on this location twice. Same guy in speaker. 1st order, he gave me the bag after saying bye and immediately closed the window. I didn’t get my drinks, I stayed and he noticed I hadn’t moved. I do ask him for the drinks, hands me only one and closes window. I still wait, and repeat. Today he just gave me the wrong drink.

All of my experiences come during g the breakfast shift at this Burger King. Every single time I go in the morning, it is immaculately clean. My food is made perfectly and not sloppy. I am always treated with kindness and politeness in every interaction I have had in the restaurant. Usually, I take my orders to go, but sometimes I choose to stay and eat there simply due to the bright, clean environment in this particular BK.

Beware of the Burger King on rural and ray.
I did an online order there this morning at 10:30 for my young sick daughter. She’s autistic and has very few “safe” food that she will eat and unfortunately chicken fries are one of them.
I placed an order on the app to pick up in drive through. I pull up explain I placed an order and gave the name.
The extremely rude cashier told me no, called me dumb and rudely said “ you know you’re at a Burger King right?!”
I told him yes, read my order and the address. He told me he is “done talking to me” and refused to even look at my order. Ignored me at the drive up window and shooed me away. Mind you I already paid!
Finally as I have a sick 5 year old in the car. I parked, went inside with her and he wouldn’t even help me, called me dumb for a second time , got aggressive then finally looked at my order once I started yelling at him and having to get rude right back. I asked for a refund, he refused. He finally found the order, never apologized. Said a manager wasn’t available until noon. He removed his name tag before I could get a name and refused to give it to me. I’ve called 3 times since noon no answer on their end.
I cannot believe how quickly the interaction went from a normal interaction to an all out verbal war. My daughter was so upset once in the car. I was totally embarrassed that it had to get to that point and even more insulted that within 30 seconds he called me names.
I will never return to that one and I suggest everyone stay on guard if you go there and he’s working.
I also apologize to all that were eating in there when I had to get a little crazy on him.

Fast, friendly service. From the lady on Saturday mornings to the manager on Thurday lunch time, there is always a smile waiting for you.
