This is a nice clean store, but it always seems to be understaffed which means the drive thru isservice can be slow, especially in the afternoon when the local high school lets out and it fills up with kids.

Everyone is so friendly at this location, yesterday I went to get the SpongeBob meal and everyone was working so hard. An employee ran out to my car to give me the Patrick pie which really touched me because anyone else would just let it go I feel, but he made sure I got the full experience and didn’t miss out on my Patrick pie haha! Thank you! ❤️

I ordered a whopper with no lettuce, and I got a whopper with only lettuce! Unbelievable!!! I didn't realize it till I got home. I ordered through the drive through.

This is the best Burger King location, because the other locations don’t have zekiel. My fiancée and I have become somewhat regulars at this location for a couple years now and zekiel always gives the most excellent service. He’s always working hard with a big smile on his face. My fiancée and I will continue to come back just to see zekiel because we enjoy the friendly and amazing service he provides, alongside his amazing coworkers who always serve yummy food that you know was made fresh to order. This location is the only one I consistently visit, would recommend 100%.

Why do employees act like it's the end of the world to give ranch and ketchup. If I order three meals and I ask for ranch and ketchup. I want enough for each meal! Was that ranch heavy for you???

I love Burger King when it's made right. Sadly, I've been to this location probably 5 times hoping it'll be different than the last, to no avail. Every time I've gone, the food has tasted very old, and not fresh at all. I agree with another review that said corporate should do an audit. Management needs to start putting more focus on delivering fresher food.

Ordered 2 whoopers and French fries (take out) whoppers were cold und the French fries were barely cooked - horrible experience - try to call but nobody picks up the phone - would recommend corporate should do an audit

I ordered food from here on 02-24-25 around noon. The manager was rude her English was very broken. I always check my food before i eat. I saw long black hair and spit mixed with mayo. Good thing I did not bite into my food. I saved my receipt took the order back showed the manager. When i address it too her she raised her voice like she wanted to argue with customer. Her worker that was preparing food had long black hair very messy wearing NO HAIR NET or NO FOOD GLOVES while handling the food people can get very sick and possible food poisoning. Food and health inspection need to inspect this place they need to loose there licenses operating unhealthy for safety reasons. I advised her i will let her boss above her know about this situation. She yelled back you can do whatever you want they don't care i just work here. She refund me with cash when I paid with debit card she told me she couldn't refund back on card. I never signed no receipt to show proof I was given cash back. She probably doesn't want get introuble with no proof of refunding. I don't recommend this place this lady is always working dirty with rudeness and nasty she plays dirty. The hire up need to evaluate her. They need to replace her with a better Manager.
