No reason someone needs too be waiting 10+ mins too just place the order... literally no acknowledgement until I spoke up after waiting at least 6 mins asking can I please place my order...sorry but they all saw me and didn't say anything that's bad customer service...my order took 10 secs too place and was handed too me within mins.... something needs improvement massively

I understand the efficiency of duel lanes for order taking but when no one answers the drive through then someone else pulls up and you take their order in the other line first it just upsets me.

Would highly recommend you stay away from this burger. King They never have anything. They're always out of everything. Customer service is next to nothing rude employees management never do anything about it. I would stay away.

I am a 52 year old disabled guy that has been a BK fan since high school. We moved to Gilbert nine months ago so I’ve been hitting this store at Chandler Blvd and Cooper Rd ever since.
Every time that I’ve come here, which is a 2-3 times a month average, the food has been good but not stellar. Thankfully, the service has been STELLAR every time and my last stop is the reason for this review.

I went in Tuesday, 12/10/24 at 9:52 PM, literally 8 minutes before they close (see photo of my receipt).
I ordered the Whopper Jr deal with a TON of add-on’s and changes to them, along with other food, drink and frozen items as a to-go order.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Morgan Pena at the counter and despite the time that I came in at and all of my pain in the butt needs, she got everything right on them and with a genuine smile and kindness to me! She is a truly above average employee that cares, which is a rarity these days so I asked for her name so I could make this review.

The food was good overall with fresh veggies but the buns were a bit stale, thus the 4 star rating. They were not horribly so but they should not have been served. The nuggets were HOT and fresh, my Hershey pie was properly frozen and was bagged separately to keep them so and the hot items HOT. Again, kudos to Morgan for that!
The place was clean and the beverage area was too, which I don’t usually see at other places nowadays.

Bad experience they did ask what drink I wanted for the kids meal the assumed that we wanted an apple juice instead of asking what we wanted they didn’t ask us if we wanted a cookie since they don’t give out toys or anything so practically archaic was just the nuggets fries and a juice. Their service sucks.

Just went to this location because today September 18 is national burger day. I saw this online a few days ago and was wanting to get a char boiled burger from Burger King. Came to the window and asked for a free burger on the intercom and the kid thought I said three cheeseburger. After I explain that I saw online that today is national cheeseburger day he just had no idea what I was talking about so I end up ordering a whopper and onion rings. So when I got to the window, I was telling myself I came here for the free cheeseburger and didn’t get a free cheeseburger like it was advertised all over online and the news. Felt a little unsettling and asked for the cheeseburger again. Then I proceeded to ask for the manager and again I explained it that today is national cheeseburger day and even showing him my phone that that’s what is advertised on today.com. he read it and said that we were not told about it and maybe is in the corporate Burger King. So I left feeling very disappointed and conned into buying food from Burger King.
