Came in today at around 10am. They gave me a whopper that was hard and the manager on duty never came out to apologize. I received my whopper the second time only to be disappointed with no onions or ketchup. Idk why it’s so hard to just simply replacing a bun. Please understand your customers concerns and feedback. I’m truly dissatisfied and disappointed. I do not make that much money so this a treat for me.

I ordered through door dash so I can't provide feedback on service and atmosphere. It would be nice if they would actually put an appropriate amount of sauce on the items. I'm sick and tired of having to add more ketchup and any other sauces because they only put a drop. To top it off the damn buns were semi hard as well. It's not a hard job and it's not hard to actually care. Make the food as if you were making it for yourself or your family. Quit being lazy!

Wish I could give no stars, the manager is rude and said she can only take codes. False advertisement for the double bundle that is ON YOUR WEBSITE that you don’t honor! Chandler blvd and cooper sucks for service and never has ice cream! We live in ARIZONA where it’s hot, hello!

They always tell you to pull around them forget about you. Took 20min past when the app said the food was ready so I went in to find my food sitting ready. Manager is unapologetic.

No reason someone needs too be waiting 10+ mins too just place the order... literally no acknowledgement until I spoke up after waiting at least 6 mins asking can I please place my order...sorry but they all saw me and didn't say anything that's bad customer service...my order took 10 secs too place and was handed too me within mins.... something needs improvement massively

I understand the efficiency of duel lanes for order taking but when no one answers the drive through then someone else pulls up and you take their order in the other line first it just upsets me.
