Had to wait to have my order to be taken, the manager saw me twice didn't even said or acknowledge me been there, she seems to not be grateful for her work, I had to go and ask for my order after 10mns the burger was dry i believed over cooked fries were cold and well do e over salted

I understand the efficiency of duel lanes for order taking but when no one answers the drive through then someone else pulls up and you take their order in the other line first it just upsets me.

I am a 52 year old disabled guy that has been a BK fan since high school. We moved to Gilbert nine months ago so I’ve been hitting this store at Chandler Blvd and Cooper Rd ever since.
Every time that I’ve come here, which is a 2-3 times a month average, the food has been good but not stellar. Thankfully, the service has been STELLAR every time and my last stop is the reason for this review.
