I have been eating BE for 30 years and I have to say, good luck finding a better burrito in the United States. Both green and red salsas are like crack, you can't stop drinking it while enjoying your food. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, neighborhood friendly, and never once in the thousands of times I've had BE did I not enjoy it. If I had to choose between a breakfast burrito and water while stuck in the desert, hands down in munchin a steak egg potato and cheese breakfast burrito soaked in both red and green salsa. I would die a happy man, a happy fat manđ Keep it up BE

Placing an order through uber eats, 4 tacos. It gives me the option to âmake it a comboâ for $3 extra. Trying to find what that even means because there is no description, I call all the stores. No answer from any of them. I go ahead and decide to make it a combo. When my food shows up there is nothing except the tacos. Thanks for skeefing me out of 3 bucks for nothing. You just lost a customer

It was my first time here. The woman at the counter was extremely nice and friendly. I felt very welcome. The place was clean and welcoming. The burrito was great. I can't wait to come back.

Been coming here for years but last experience was horrible got told by one of the cashiers that I was fat for asking for too much salsa. When I got my burrito, it tasted weird and I found boogers in it guess the chef was digging for gold and not washing his hands they donât clean their bathrooms The second I walked in The toilet was full of poop and poop was smeared on the walls even McDonaldâs is cleaner

7/25 The burrito was good but had a slight taste of tap water. Not sure if it's how they made the potatoes but overall the burrito was pretty good. The only issue I really ran into was a girl at the counter. I was ordering my food and just as I was finishing ordering my food she grabbed the tip can and pushed it right in front of my face. She literally shoved the can across the counter and put it right in front of me, in front of the register. It was almost comical because I've never had anyone literally shove it in front of my face before. I wasnt even done with the order. I was using a card so my tip went on my card. I understand wanting tips, but to shove it in front of customers face before even fully finishing an order was crazy. Not sure where she got the idea that would make people tip. I'm sure it makes some people feel very uncomfortable and forced to tip. It is up to the customer to decide if they want to tip, which I did. But to practically shove the can to my face really isn't the way to go. She saw I was paying with the card. That was a bit much. There was another girl there that actually took over for her while she stood there. The other gir,l which I believe was a manager, was very helpful and very professional. She may want to teach her employee about customer tipping. Demanding a tip while still ordering was very unprofessional and uncalled for considering I was using a debit card and had already planned on tipping, and did tip. Hopefully she gets a little bit more training about business etiquette. But again the manager was great and very helpful in getting my app set up and just being friendly in general.

1 star for their A.I. phone answering service! I love burrito express, but I didnt get my rice & beans with my order. I didn't notice till I got home so I tried calling 4 times. Each time their automated robot person asks me 21 questions and then hangs up instead of transferring you to a real person at the store. I live too far away to drive back over some beans.. I guess I'll just eat the loss! Would have been nice to speak to a real person. Burrito express I know youre really busy, but youre not 'automated phone service' busy. Fix your phones please.
