My family and I have been going to burrito express for over 15 years fell in love when we first moved here and have gone ever since, this location used to be our favorite but it’s been steadily declining the last couple years when we first moved back my mom got us all burritos BSB for me and a STP for my husband and mom and right when they handed them to us we could tell they were a lot smaller than usual my mom and husband had hardly any steak but we shook it off because the flavors are still there figured it was an off day for the cooks.
Went back today got two STPs and my daughter who’s allergic to eggs wanted just a chorizo burrito which we knew wouldn’t be much in a burrito so we ordered extra chorizo for her. We also got a pint of both red and green salsas I go to pick up the order the lady stacks all the salsas up on top of the burritos instead of giving me another bag one salsa cup was on its side leaking making the bag a mess. The service was careless.
I get home and we take the burritos out and they are the smallest we’ve ever seen them my husband unrolled the burritos to re wrap them properly and the STPs had potato’s and only a few pieces of steak this isn’t the worth the month you will spend on it anymore and if something is wrong don’t expect them to care or fix it. I tried to call it goes to an automated message. So I went online and submitted a ticket the owner responds basically telling me I’m a liar and that the profits are up and all sorts of useless information not relevant at all to my experience and he also criticized my daughters order I will attach the emails here for everyone to view.
Take caution if you do decide to visit this location. I guess they’ve gotten so big and have so much profit coming in they don’t care about the loyal customers anymore.

Tried to call the store after ordering 50 bucks worth of food to ask for no cheese on 1 burrito for my son who dislikes cheese. An automated voice answers and immediately hangs up if you ask to speak to a representative. Terrible customer service.

I have been eating BE for 30 years and I have to say, good luck finding a better burrito in the United States. Both green and red salsas are like crack, you can't stop drinking it while enjoying your food. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, neighborhood friendly, and never once in the thousands of times I've had BE did I not enjoy it. If I had to choose between a breakfast burrito and water while stuck in the desert, hands down in munchin a steak egg potato and cheese breakfast burrito soaked in both red and green salsa. I would die a happy man, a happy fat man😎 Keep it up BE

Placing an order through uber eats, 4 tacos. It gives me the option to “make it a combo” for $3 extra. Trying to find what that even means because there is no description, I call all the stores. No answer from any of them. I go ahead and decide to make it a combo. When my food shows up there is nothing except the tacos. Thanks for skeefing me out of 3 bucks for nothing. You just lost a customer

It was my first time here. The woman at the counter was extremely nice and friendly. I felt very welcome. The place was clean and welcoming. The burrito was great. I can't wait to come back.

Been coming here for years but last experience was horrible got told by one of the cashiers that I was fat for asking for too much salsa. When I got my burrito, it tasted weird and I found boogers in it guess the chef was digging for gold and not washing his hands they don’t clean their bathrooms The second I walked in The toilet was full of poop and poop was smeared on the walls even McDonald’s is cleaner
