The food is good but the service was awful. The young female cashier with black hair was very rude when I asked them a question.

Upside down Halo Halo is the bomb!!

Cafe 86 is fantastic! We got an ube matcha latte, a cookie butter latte, an ube crinkle(cookie), and the ube crack cheesecake...it was all so delicious! I was nervous about the matcha latte at first but they reassured me how fantastic it was and they were right! My new favorite treat place!

This cafe as a find through a yelp even that my brother brought me over to try. The must try is the halo halo. To change it up from the prior experience, we tried the upside down halo halo.

The halo halo is made up of coconut jellies, jack fruit, boba, frosted flakes, vanilla ice cream and flan on a ube base. Real jack fruit people!!

Cute place to come hang out and try some desserts.

Great place for Filipino desserts.

I am giving this four out of five because the milk tea comes out fast, but diluted iced. :/

But my naturalized 100% Filipino parents drove 50 mins from Litchfield Park two days in a row for the authentic experience of Halo-Halo Summer, the aesthetic is 👌🏾🔥👌🏾and local, AND: complimentary water station up-front with the utensils.

Staff and owners are amazing so courteous. The ube options are so spot on and ono! Im addicted!

Skip the boba, as it's not flavorful. However, add Ube ice cream, such as in the Halo-halo. That was the best part!

If you have been craving real Filipino Halo-Halo, you need to check out CAFE 86 in Chandler, AZ! Their upside-down Halo-Halo tastes just like the ones I used to have back home in the Philippines (made me feel home ❤️) The manager was also super friendly and made us feel really welcome. You can tell they genuinely value their customers more than anything. Thank you Sir 🥹🙏🏻 Can’t wait to go back!

On Tuesday April 22nd at 12:30pm, I walked in to order a drink but a guy who wear Cafe 86 shirt stood outside and talked with someone else even didn’t care if I’m inside the store with no one stay at front to take order. Looks like he didn’t want to serve any customer🤷

I love this place. Discovered there ube pop tarts. Best pop tart on the planet.
