I usually pick up in person and the people are always very nice and helpful. I ordered for pick up for the first time and I never considered it would be a huge difference. Now that I look at the pick up and delivery reviews I would say I see why they are consistent.

Pick up/delivery is not the way to go at this location. Try to go in and order your food. Idk why there is such a swing and a miss with to go orders vs in person ordering.

Overall I like cafe rio, the food, and the staff. Definitely a tough experience on the pick up order, very unappetizing and low quality meal.

Ordered half and half protein and the server barely gave me a spoon full. You guys are going downhill faster than Chipotle. Extra guac costs $3, and it's barely any guac

Not sure why but this location is one of the few that seems to have reasonable quality and portion size, I’ve always had good experiences here.

Do NOT place an order for pickup or delivery. I've done it twice and both times both salads were wrong. Missing ingredients that were selected and putting cheese on a tortilla for someone who's lactose intolerant. In addition to the wrongly made salads, we waited approximately 15 mins in the restaurant after it said the food would be ready

Will not return to prevent my self from getting food poisoning, I’ve come here a few times their cold items were room temp very unsanitary and and concerning food safety

Did an online order and food looked horrible. Looks sloppy and not appatizing at all, empty and missing Lettuce. No pride in serving this food. Very pricey for empty salad. Don't order at night poor quality.

I used to be impressed with this place but lately they're out of a lot of food. The staff is great so I just think it may be related to policy on how much food they make. I still love their salads.

Went to two separate locations and both were out of steak and said they weren't making more. They also barely put any thing on the nachos I ordered. It was 80 percent chips 20 percent toppings

Fresh tasty food. Good service. The seating area, however, was not kept clean. Dirty tabletops and overflowing trash can. Not a good look, at all.

I don’t leave reviews much but honestly this cafe Rio is the best I’ve ever been to, I come here every week for lunch and they are always consistent, food is always fresh, and employees are always sweet. I’ve been to so many around the valley I can’t say the same for so I want to give a shoutout to this location. I literally won’t eat at one unless it’s this one!

We have been coming here since before covid and we have watched the slow decline of this restaurant, this location in particular. There is one lady who works the beginning of the food line, she is here almost every weekday and everytime we come in. Her additudehas gotten progressively worse...its to the point now whe she truly acts like you are an utter inconvenience to her and if you ask for literally ANYTHING she makes sure you know you are irritating her.

Maybe she shouldn't be working with the public.

The sweet pork used to be sweet it wasn't spicy. Now it is so spicy I can't really eat here anymore. Which means its not a place the rest of the family is going to come to.

The nachos were already expensive for chips cheese and meat and now if you add guacamole its extra, sour cream is extra. The nickel and diming is so frustrating.

I won't be surprised if this place goes out of business as I have watched it really go downhill in the last few years.....and no one seems to care.
