This is an upgrade to Chipotle for sure. 1st time eating at a Rio and it was great with a lot of options....all fresh. Enchiladas were great. Nachos look good, but don't think they're worth getting here over the many other options...unlike Chipotle.
Been eating at this Rio for 10+ years and it is always consistent. Staffing is always friendly and hardworking, and the food is always fresh and tasty. It is clean inside, and the self service soda fountain is clean too. Tempe area Cafe Rios aren't as well managed and kept as this Chandler Mall location
The app is AMAZING. The food is great. The service at this location is solid. Never had a problem eating here. I order dinner to pickup a couple of times a month (sometimes more) and am never disappointed.
