Good food and staff but the restaurant was not clean all the tables were dirty with food from other customer. My 75 year old parents were in town. I had to wipe down our table with napkins and water from the drinking fountain. Its embarrassing

I got the chicken salad, my kids got sweet pork burritos. The chicken was so salty and incredibly over seasoned, each bite was like a mouth full of salty spice. Th dressing lacked any type of flavor theat tomatatillo ranch should have, just ranch and spicy. Lettuce was fresh but the tortilla tasted old and dry. The sweet pork just tasted like straigght sugar. All that and it costs $60 for 2 salads and 2 burritos. Not a great value. The employees were good and friendly though.

New menu falls flat, workers seem confused. Food disappointing on multiple fronts. Rice is overcooked, beans overly salty, chicken dry. Hoping it was just an off day since I've enjoyed cafe rio in the past.

Cafe Rio is always a great choice for fresh, flavorful Mexican food. The ingredients taste vibrant and authentic, and the portions are generous. This location consistently falls short of the standards the brand is known for. The rice is routinely undercooked, and the chicken is so dry and overdone that it becomes practically inedible. Service moves at a sluggish pace, and the staff often appears disengaged, which only compounds the overall disappointment. Even on a “good” day, the experience barely rises to average. Guests seeking the quality Café Rio is known for would be better served making the drive to the original North Gilbert location.

Carson was a great team member. Very professional and also very welcoming. She got my order perfect and asked plenty of questions that were both quick but helpful. She is very friendly, kind, and caring. Great service!

Drove to both your Chandler And Gilbert location(s) in one night. Neither one of them had grilled chicken available. Keep grilled chicken available until the store closes.

Every time I eat here it’s a disappointment, I pay for extra meat and I literally get 2 bites worth it’s crazy that’s not even the regular amount it’s less. I pay for extra meat and get the opposite.

I ordered Uber eats and I was in the exact same parking lot as the restaurant getting my hair done. When they delivered the food there was no silverware. (It was a bowl so I couldn’t just pick anything up to eat it) I talked the manager hoping to get a good solve and she admitted it was their error so said she would have someone walk across the parking lot to hand me them. I thought that was so awesome and would have left a 5 star. Then I waited 15 min and no one came. I called them back and their corporate office would not patch me back to talk to her. They hung up on me and now $20 and 1 hour later I am still just as hungry. Would have given 1 star but the manager clearly cared.

Very dirty!! Rice was under cooked
I had 1 chicken taco rice no beans small drink 15.00 . Taco was mostly lettuce and Pico, not much chicken. Will never go back!!!!
