Poor service, dirty location & food was just ok… too many other great places to choose from in this area. Also their on app specials/coupons are very misleading and they have ridiculous upcharges.

New manager is so rude and so stingy!! I’m used to the workers being super nice but ever since he got here the atmosphere has changed COMPLETELY. So disappointing and I really miss the old manager Joe - he was the kindest and knew good customer service :(

First time visiting Cafe Rio, walked in for a late lunch visit after working outside all morning. The Staff was extremely helpful in picking out toppings for a bowl that catered to my likening. I was also giving a sample cup to try out their lemonades which were suggested, and very delicious! Food seemed very fairly priced compared to similar takeout options. Will absolutely be making this a regular stop for lunch now!

Tortillas were soggier than usual and the beef in one taco had a big chunk of fat. Not a typical Cafe Rio experience unfortunately

Worst Cafe Rio I've ever visited. Dirty, gross, food overcooked, clumpy sauce, green tomatoes (not ripe), nasty bathroom, dirty tables, dirty windows and doors... There was a single employee there. Crazy. I won't be visiting this location and prob won't visit the restaurant chain itself for at least a while. Very unimpressed

No gluten free options were available to us… very weird that they wouldn’t have corn tortillas. The quality of food and service at this location lack in so many ways. I’ll stick with the Cafe Rio North of here.

This restaurant has excellent food.
Service, an atmosphere, My granddaughters and I go to this restaurant often.

Kid-friendliness: Each time that I was there, there were families a 4 or 6 With very small children.

The service was great, however the food wasn't as good as I remembered. The enchilada with flour tortillas was ok. The tortillas were a little stale. The place had an odd smell which was distracting. The self-service fresh lemonade didn't look good with green stuff floating in it.
