I came in to get some lunch as I normally do while I’m on the road working in the area, put my order in online and when I got there I could see it was being made so I patiently sat by the pick up window and waited for the girl to finish making the food, we have like 20-30 ft of space between us and she asked me a question that I couldn’t hear as I had my AirPod in and was on a call, I politely told her I couldn’t hear her question and then she repeated it back to me (told me they were out of salsa which isn’t really a problem) with a weird tone and some attitude, I kept my cool and told her I’d take the food as is and she grabbed my food and she legit tossed it in the bag and then just says “here!” And walks away, I have no idea why she was so upset as I wasn’t rude to her nor did I even bother her when she made my food, I can understand if you’re having a bad day but there’s really no need to be rude to a customer thats being patient and kind with you, this couple with the multiple times I’ve received my order with mistakes has made ultimately decide I won’t be returning to this establishment, there was only one other person in there so I don’t see why she was so stressed, the young Latina girl needs to take a chill pill, it felt so awkward to have her be so rude for no reason.

The food is always good and employees are fast and efficient. Knocking 1 star because they always seem to be out of something right at the start of lunch (chicken, dressing, shredded lettuce etc.) It's usually always 1 or 2 items not made yet.

I have given them a few opportunities since they opened but things are getting worse. Won’t be going back. Food is old and over cooked. Smells horrible ilwhen dining in. No one willing to suggest any items and expect you to know all the options. My drink was full of chunks. Very unhappy.

This is the best cafe Rio ever! Me and my husband purposely drive to this location when there are 2 locations that are closer to us just because this one is the best! The workers are so nice and the food always is fresh and delicious :)

Probably THE freshest salad I’ve had from any of the Cafe Rios I’ve been to ? This location is super convenient with a drive through and friendly staff. The grilled chicken salad is always my favorite but this one tops them all ?

Poor service. I was treated as thou... To be frank, I was sh.. to them. They didn't want to serve me. They were real snotty about what I asked to put in my cup of soup. I asked for bread instead of chips and asked that it be heated. They were too busy grumbling in their own heads about my service: the lack thereof. I got cold bread with my soup!
When I said, "I'm not coming back HERE anymore" in a very sad way, (I grew to really applicate the food on the Franchise Menu, but not at this location.), instead of condolences, I got more attitude from the husty guy counting the bills. I was literally bulldozed out of the door with it and forgot my fork and spoon to eat the soup. I didn't come there to fight. The store wasn't crowded, so they were themselves the way they are in the streets.
"Oh, it's about the up charge!"
Assumption with the attitude. Or maybe it was his excuse to treat me that way. He supported his kind. They get along because they agree. All I need to know is that once, and I won't bother them. It's like that as if Compton. It's about territory.
He charged me 9.79 for a cup of soup when it normally cost 6.75.
I do agree that to charge me the 1.75 uncharge for the new veggies was a bit too much, and I think he charged me for the cold bread too. After all, it was a pinch of the normal portion that goes in the meals. The server said nothing about an upcharge. Do you think a spoonful of new veggies with worth 1.75? Too unnecessary behavior as though NO HEART.
I only got a small cup of soup with other ingredients. And probably the smallest bread he could find. They didn't want me there.
That was it. It was really the fact that the service was horrible, and all I wanted to do was back out.
It's because I love the soup; another employee at another location told me about it and I fell in love with it ever since. She was Hispanic, but not like these sorts. She was friendly and promoted quality food at her job. She gained me as a patron. I'm not letting this bully attitude change my mind about it.
This bully attitude is what ruins quality food. It shouldn't be in the industry. They are very bitter people. Bitter people don't go with quality. It doesn't work out that way. I pray their issues stay with them and don't ruin it for others. I tried to make ammends, but it turned out worse.
I like the other stores and don't want to be bothered with a mouse trail of issues.
By the way, if you're thinking of putting the new veggies in the soup cup, think again. It was okay, but not worth the uncharge. I like the old taste better.
The kid hardly put much of anything in that cup. I had to ask serval times for him to actually put food in it instead of the pinches he dropped in. I made the soup before, so I know how it is served.
I am not used to that kind of service because I felt as though he was going to throw a punch because I questioned why he was being so stingy. And very impatient as I selected my options. They claimed they could hardly hear me. I speak softly, but I am audible enough to be heard. People could hear me all day. Why the difference there other than all that attitude?
It's hard to find a quiet place to enjoy good food. All the bullies are pushing us out, and we don't want to go in. It just ain't right. But that's America today. Their excuse: Socialism, the new way! Might as well call it the Holocaust or 1st stages of Genicide. It's all bully attitude, and we all just want to run to a better place without them.
Nice little americanized restaurant. Customer service excellent. Very clean ..only reason i didnt give 5s all the way was because part of the rice was very salty even when i mixed my bowl up but for the most part was great and reasonable price. And military friendly

First time to this location and definitely won't be my last! Food was excellent, great portions and fast! We always get bowls and they were delicious! Customer service was excellent as well!

Spend the extra 8 minutes to another location! Got here at 7:45, they were out of everything and it was messy. They didn’t have fajitas, chips, cilantro, seems like he didn’t know how to make the salad. I got the last little bit of everything and it was just all bad. Will never come back to this location again. Disappointed af

First time there server very impatient with me as I tried to figure out menu. Meats all looked like they had been sitting there since they opened(I went at 4.) I asked if they had Carne asada server did not know. Went with grilled chicken tacos. Server again rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they had pinto beans. NO one was in the restaurant or drive thru so I expect more patience especially for my first time there. Will not be back!!

I’ve tried this location a few times To give it multiple chances. I’ve had a run-in with The drive-through attendant twice, his energy is just very negative and confrontational. Aside from that, I watched him fist, his bare hands into the chip container to get a bag of chips and queso ready for a to go order which the customer came in shortly after and happily grabbed off the shelf with a big smile on their face. Little do they know he had just taken my payment method and did not wash his hands, and went to bag the food. Just disgusting. I made sure to go inside and watch as they used a scooper to grab my chips as they should have with the previous order. Will not be back.
Prep your employees to have enough protein ready specifically between 11:30-1:00 pm, common sense when serving food tbh
