Worker misheard other coworker thinking we ordered 2 sandwiches but we only ordered one. Worker never repeated order and we never said we ordered 2. Then proceeded to call my fiancé a liar saying she ordered 2 sandwiches instead of 1. Manager took over and gave us a partial refund(only for the sandwich we didn't order) and let us keep the extra food. Manager said "he's new" and the rude worker never apologized and walked off. I didn't know being new was an excuse to be a moron and a jerk. Worker gave me crazy eyes and froze up. when I questioned him and he was shaking like a coward. I hope that when a coworker messes up again he doesn't call a customer a liar. Manager was okay I guess. Would never come here again.

The worst. I gave given them more chances then I care to admit. Last expirence I wanted to complain. But was put on hold. Have sent 3 emails.
Nothing. Terrible food. And even worse customer service. Its salad. But yet. They find new ways to screw that up.

Everything they prepare is very delicious. The menu is very healthy, as for the service, they are not so fast, sometimes there is a line because the service is slow; The facilities are very clean but they almost always have very high cooling no matter if it is summer or winter.

First time here and definitely my last. I wanted to try and like this place, and what drew me was a juice bar instead of typical soda. I came at 9:15 and they already dismantled the juice machines and refused to remedy it by grabbing juice from the back or something. Really? That’s how you treat people? Refuse them a refreshing drink 45 minutes before you close? The lack of service and arrogant rudeness behind it left a bad taste…won’t be back.

None of the staffs knows what he/she’s doing. Didn’t know how to make the salad, got the soup wrong, and the cashier was not attentive at all. No wifi.

Zupas by Chandler Fashion Square, The girl behind the salad counter doesn’t know how customer service works, she’s rude annd acts like she owns the place.
The tables are full of dirty dishes, no one is bashing the tables!
Lemonade Drinking fountains weren’t refilled!

Toxic Swise (Toxic Swise)

Picking up order and waited for cashier to finish up helping person. I said I had a pickup and the guy gave me attitude and told me to wait. I could see my order on the counter finished. I tried saying it’s right there and he wouldn’t give time of day. Also was passed by what I was presumed was the manager and she also walked by me without acknowledging. Whole zips food may be good avoid this location.

This was a perfect late and light lunch. We had the Mediterranean bowl, chick pea and broccoli soup, and Avacado chciken Ceasar salad. I thought it might be too much, but it turned out perfect for the two of us. I completely forgot to take pictures, but I know I'm going back! If could make a change, I'd have a trash and used plate tray on the way out. It's clutters the flow to have to walk back into the drink and silverware station to clean my tray and plates

Didn’t let me redeem my birthday reward online so i placed my regular order online and when I picked up they wanted me to wait in a line that went to the door for something that takes 2 seconds to scan and redeem which it should’ve let me do online to begin with

Ava with blonde and some pink hair completely threw a fit with my mom becaus3 she nicely asked for another salad with no onion. She totally embarrassed my mom and seriously needs to lose her job. It's always been so amazing coming here but this is literally the worst service we have ever had. Ruined our whole experience. As a business owner I would not want someone working for me and representing my company in that way

Disappointed. The Chandler mall location was dirty, six tables with plates/bowls that needed to be cleared and cleaned. They had plenty of staff to do it and only two customers including myself. I ordered a half salad for myself and a whole for my husband and they were the exact same size. I ordered soup that was overdone, had probably been sitting in the pan all day and was very salty. Very expensive for what you get, not a great value for $30. So bummed, the menu looked great. I am going to try the Gilbert location and hope for a better experience.
