I’ve been coming here a long time. I love the food. However , I really think the lack of hairnets or even properly tied up hair is absurd. I watched my server lean over the entirety of the salad toppings , basically dip her long hair in it. Her hair was so pretty and long, and I appreciate the cute loose braid , BUT it’s NOT sufficient in food service. Multiple women had long hair loosely * stylishly* put up , instead of actually doing a proper bun or hairdo to try to keep their hair out of the food. Gross. More concerned about style than food safety. Don’t appreciate it when it’s expensive etc.

I love Zupas. This is one of my favorite locations, always clean always stocked usually very friendly. Unfortunately, September 20, 2025 around 2:30 PM a staff member named Arlette pretty much ignored me. Didn’t acknowledge me when I came to the register and made me wait when My order was a to go order and ready right behind her. The manager made a horrible excuse, saying that the girl is probably just overwhelmed because it’s busy. However, being blatantly ignored and not being told, oh I’ll be right with you or even consider that I could just be asking for 5 seconds worth of service is very rude. I don’t know if this is a group of new hires, but I would like the customer service to stay the same as it was before. Other than that I don’t mind continuing my regular lunch here, but that experience really turned me off. *I’m willing to change my review if you all invest some training in the customer service because reading through the reviews IT’S NOT JUST ME recently.Which makes me feel a lot better because it wasn’t always like this, please fix this.*

I come here for a quick healthy option but it’s lost its value, the meat on these sandwiches becomes less and less over time, I’d expect that with these prices it would have more than a millimeter of Turkey on it…

I used to love this Zupas location but it looks like they keep getting stingier over time, while raising prices and getting less food every time. Also the service seems more disorganized each time. Sad to have to lower my rating hopefully it gets back to a 5.
Attaching a picture of the kids fruit cup, that was the full serving my kid got. That was less than a quarter apple, 4 blueberries and a couple of strawberries. We even asked at the register if they was the right amount

This will be the third time I have ordered Zupas for delivery. All three times my order was wrong. Things that I ordered that were extra than I was charged for it did not get delivered like extra dressing. There was no butter for the bread and the directions were not followed on how I wanted certain things left off overall very disappointed in this restaurant delivery

Good food, nice option if you want something quick that isn’t traditional fast food. I did a build your own grain and greens bowl. They could definitely put a little more protein considering the up charge- i thought they left it out of my order at first. My other complaint is the rice. I’m sure they don’t cook fresh rice for every order, which is no big deal. But many of the rice grains were so undercooked they are rock hard and you risk breaking a tooth. Shouldn’t have to remind yourself to “be careful” when eating a salad.

Always have great time so no reviews..but today I am writing..compliment to Jay for cleaning my soup .. felt soup was not appropriately places inside the bowl..there were curry lingering on outside bowl..glad I did not grab 😐 yet...could have burn my little precious fingers. My husband soup was not hot enough..brought it to counter..gave bowl for my husband to bring home to microwave 🙃 what service is that? Have audacity to say that we can take back the soup due to cross contamination. Well solution is simple..take back soup from customer..offer him/her a new warm soup. Yeah it's over 100 outside, sometimes old fox like us want a warm soup..especially we paid for it..not like we acquire for free. Will come back .. make sure soup is warm enough 😋 have blessed day
