Kinda expensive for a 12 inch pizza, some cauliflower bites and a caesar salad that had no chick even though I was charged for it...all for $45. No thanks too many places in the valley for pizza, to pay that much and not get what I wanted.

My order was for pick up due to the social distancing precautions. Our order was so tastey! I showed up about 20mins late and had to drive 30 mins home. Was still amazing. The celebration cake was unique and tasted like cheesecake. I'm in love! Our pizza was great, the Asian salad as well! The waitress was very professional and clean with her mask and gloves. The inside of restaurant was clean and neat as well. I would like to go back in the future

We needed a quick snack after attending a movie at Chandler Mall and found this restaurant to be convenient and provide a great menu of food items to select from. Service was excellant and the place very clean and comfortable. Our food was excellent and very good taste.

I went here on a whim while exploring the mall, wanting to taste something a little different. It was a slow afternoon so there were only a few people in. The waiter seemed disinterested in serving me and my other friend, often not wanting to wait for a few minutes to choose the food wanted. The food was subpar at best, the pizza was under cooked and I experienced food poisoning from this place. To top if all off, the waiter went to refill our water without asking and reached over my friend while she was eating instead of asker her to move. Overall poor service and even worse food. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If we were treated this poorly while it was slow, imagine if there was a lunchtime rush.

My mother and I walked into the restaurant and waited about 2 minutes for the hostess to greet us. The it took her about 2 more minutes to mark the spot we were to sit. The temperature of the restaurant was warm. We were sat in the back in a small booth and told that we can "just put you stuff on the floor". The tables beside us were filthy and needed to have food cleared from them to the point there were flys buzzing around them. We looked around and the place was just filthy. Things needed dusting, vacuuming and wiped down. After 4 minutes of no water service we left and went to Tempe Marketplace where we were seated immediately and brought water and bread upon being seated. This is where we will dine from now on.

Called 45 mins ahead, showed up when food is expected to be ready and they completely forgot about me. Waited an extra 25 mins, Pizza was cold and looks like it's been out for awhile. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place at all. If I had to toss the pizza not knowing how long it's been out.

Horrible service this evening! I ordered avocado rolls that were over cooked. That was supposed to be my dinner. I was able to get 2 of them down, I told the waiter they were over cooked ...and crickets.... no I'm sorry, nothing. The staff and manager looked unorganized. Apparently there was a fund raiser that they were not prepared for staff wise and it definitely showed! I saw people waiting @ tables to even be greeted by anyone. Need better management and staff.

Food is good but don’t try to order through any apps they will cancel your order despite ordering within their own prescribed defined window on the app. Don’t say you have another 15-20 minutes for orders on the app unless you’re actually taking orders. Factor in your close time into your delivery apps like you’re supposed to. Very disappointing to place an order 10 minutes before the window closes well before your actual restaurant closes and cancel the order once it hits past the “closed time” on the app pretending like the order was placed after the window.

The best part of our visit was our chat with the manager, who just happened past our table. She is new, acknowledged issues, and said things are turning around. Really enjoyable conversation. That aside, we had a somewhat enjoyable visit, but plenty of reasons I won't be eager to return:

Hosts did not say a word or smile. She was literally like a zombie. We set for good 10 min and no one came to the table. After 10 min my husband asked some weiter if someone can get us water. No one still showed up. So we left after 20 min sitting on empty table. Terrible service.

I like the pizza and salad at this place, but I feel that the Waldorf salad is no longer a good value. It's $18 for the full size, and the thing is tiny. I think it used to be much bigger. I ordered to go for the first time in months, and the salad was so small I thought they gave me the half by accident. Two subsequent orders were met with the same small salad.

I used to frequent this branch often. The quality of the food was always consistent for the type of food they sell. But I haven't gone in at least a year. The manager at the time was Luis. He was always very friendly and I enjoyed his company. I was disappointed with my current visit. Service was incredibly slow and, at times, non-existent in this branch. I entered the establishment at 6 PM and sat at the empty bar. There was 13 tables being served, so it was not busy at all. I literally sat at the bar for at least fifteen minutes before someone, who I assume is the manager since he was the only one wearing a plaid shirt, asked me if I was dining in or taking out. I relied, "dining in" and he handed me a menu. Another fifteen minutes has passed and I still haven't had any waiters or waitresses taking my order. No sign of any water or life form attending to my needs, despite all the cooks in front of me and waiters/waitresses on the right side of the restaurant. I was sitting in the middle of the bar. Finally, a waitress notices me and then takes my drink order. Another fifteen minutes passes and I have yet to place an order. I had to make eye contact with the waitress before she realized that I'm ready to order. I order my go to at CPK--the avocado club egg rolls and the tequila chicken fettuccine with a side of limes. It has now been another fifteen minutes and they bring out my appetizer. The appetizer wasn't bad, but pieces of the avocado seemed a little too ripe for my liking. Regardless, I finished the appetizer. It is now 7 PM. An hour has passed and I haven't even eaten my entree. They bring out my entree shortly and immediately I noticed that the consistency of the cream was more watery than normal. I took a bite and the pasta was very bland. I squeezed the two limes and it was still not enough to overcome the lack of flavor. I asked for more limes and ended up squeezing two whole limes before the pasta was tolerable. The waitress was very nice she asked me, "How's the pasta?" I told her it was very bland and lacked any flavor. She offered to replace it for another option, but I didn't want to trouble her. At this point, I made the pasta edible. In the midst of my dinner, I noticed a patron come in with a box of J's (Jordans). The manager in the plaid shirt was literally making a transaction rather than working his job. I overhear the manager agreeing to a quid pro quo--offering to hook the patron up when he was working. I don't really care, but it was just offsetting considering how slow the food came out and how horrible the service was, yet he was conducting a transaction during business hours while he was on the job. I would make a complaint to CPK, but I don't care enough. I definitely won't be patronizing this branch anytime soon.

pizza was ready 30 minutes before the soup was. Do they make it from scratch upon order? anyway, got tired of waiting for soup so got a refund and left
