Carolina’s Mexican Food - Chandler

The tacos have been hittin like shohei. And the night manager is the man. I hate placing orders right before restaurants close but i had to do it for the one time, and my man had it hot n fresh fr. Love this place. All these complaining ppl are prob just broke.

3rd time my order is completely WRONG. The receipt is correct but the cooks can't read apparently. CHECK YOUR ORDER !

So mediocre, barely better than Taco Bell. I live across the street so I wanted it to be good, tried it 3 times. It is just white from the midwest people Mexican food.

The food is always great at this location however on our last few visits, one time our food was placed in the heated area, without our name being called while we sat there for 20 minutes. And most recently, our ordered beef taco turned out to be a chicken taco and they forgot a whole meal, which we didn’t realize until we got home.

Carolina's dropping the ball again. Ordered taco and enchilada combo, they didn't even give me an enchilada with my meal. Drove back to get said enchilada and it took them 15mins for a single enchilada in a to go box.
DO BETTER and everytime you don't I will leave a bad review.

Update: ACTUALLY, I didn't even get my enchilada. They messed it up AGAIN. I suppose that's my fault for expecting them not to get my order wrong a second time.

An update to my previous review for the staff at Carolina's on Alma School in Chandler.
The great Mexican Food not corrupted by Food Network wana be cook/chefs is found here when open. Yes it still is a family restraunt and staff is guaranteed time with there's when they close EVERY SUNDAY. That is love for your family and neighbor. Any business that gives up revenue on a weekend has values I appreciate!

Beyond the laudable family values I MUST PRAISE what was witnessed on what everyone loves Taco Tuesday and a busy day every week. A group from a program or home for our neighbors who are not as gifted physically and differently was Recieved graciously and treated exactly as I would greet my own mother. Nothing is better than witnessing this form of love ! Yes ADA demands but this was not stiff response but genuine love and service.

Echoing my previous reviews YOU CAN SPEND MORE BUT WILL RARELY FIND BETTER GENUINE FOOD

The place charges for extra salsa. The food is good but Taqueria Mi Casita is literally across the street and has just as good if not better food and they don’t charge for extra salsa on the side. So I’ll be going there for my Mexican food. I suggest you do the same.

Chandler location is the worst. Missed managed. Website losses orders. People yelling in the kitchen with customers in the restaurant. People with there back to the counter. 3rd time is the charm. Never come back!!!
