It was my 2nd time at Cava and Kaela helped explain what some good combinations were. I was happy to be greeted with kindness when I first stepped in the store ! Her professionalism and her customer service was awesome! I’ll be coming back here !
The vibes were great and the employees made it feel so welcoming. I asked what was good (first time stopping by), and was helped by a newer employee (I believe her name started with a E) who helped me figure out what to get. Great first visit i would 100% go again.
Food is good, especially if you know what you're doing, my suggestion would be to read the directions really well because there are unlimited toppings and a couple of sauces you can get with a bowl which is included within the price. We also found out that they're also pita that comes with it. We never knew because the staff never tells you that or how to create the bowl, what comes with it. So don't rely on staff. There just bunch of young kids and not very motivated...
