Great family atmosphere. You can get a great meal, but the wait time to sit as well as service may longer on certain days and time of day. I suggest checking online before going for how busy. Food is really good and portion sizes are enough to take some home for later! I go to the location in Chandler and the staff is pretty friendly.

It's a really nice place food was good. But it's not good for family, u can't take ur kids there .... there were 4 employees. But i couldn't figure out what to call them, sir, or mam, or it. This place should not have these. It's not part of culture or religion.

Hmm, how do I start. Went there for our anniversary and can I say Great Choice!!!Hands down. Service from the start, Excellent, made you feel like you were family. Food, no complaints at all except we couldn't eat it all and we tried because it was so good. I can't think of anything bad to say except wish there was one in my area. Other than that, we will be back, again and again
I went here while waiting for my husband procedure and ordered on line . Food wasn’t as good as I’ve had at other diners , kinda disappointed. I ordered sausage , biscuit and gravy and eggs and typically you can’t really mess this up but I didn’t care for it . Didn’t eat it Maybe I’ll give them another chance
It was nice. Came in on a Sunday night with a large party. It was empty except us. Service was great, food was great, good price. Only complaint I had was the restroom was unsatisfactory. Other than that it was an overall good experience.

I have been to several black bears. Unfortunately, this one dropped the ball. After screwing up my order and no offer to make it right, I ended up at Taco bell. The manager was on a power trip and horrible. I ended up leaving the food and my money l. Stay away from this place. Do what I did and go to Taco bell and save yourself the headache.
