The food here is hearty and indulgently wholesome. It's the right mix of all necessities for flavorful food. The red, white, and blue pancakes were rated A+ by all of us on our visit! Just the perfect combination of fluffiness and not-too-sweet sweetness. We always like the Benedicts here too. And grits are perfect and delicious way to fill up an empty stomach. Where else can you find homemade grits in Arizona? It's a cozy diner with lots of positives for a good dining experience. The food is good, the decor and atmosphere are comfy, and the service is always friendly! I highly recommend this diner restaurant.

I visited this site not too long ago, was seated but server didn't acknowledge me as I had to stop her to ask if I was in her section since, after at least 10minutes no water, nothing. Long story short, the manage after I voiced my frustration moved me to another section, took care of me from there but not before I had a chance to reflect on the fact that alot of people of color don't frequent this location as often as say the location in Avondale. I will not visit the Chandler location again as I have to eat, just not there.my dollars and time can be spent elsewhere or I can easily cook at home.

Black Bear Diner is my go-to spot for the best Eggs Benedict, with perfect hollandaise, soft muffins, and poached eggs done just right. I’ve tried it in plenty of places, but theirs is still my favorite. My husband ordered a cheeseburger salad off-menu and loved it too, so we both left happy.

OK let's start by saying im now called a regular here lol and love it. I bring my client m-f and we have had almost every waiter there. My friends and family say i have a addiction well yes yes I do to black bear dinner.the whole staff is amazing here down to kitchen. I have brought my own family here and we seem to be here every weekend were On Week 6, I have ben there daily. =) my client is non verbal and the whole staff is great with her even knows her order unless she changes =). Mine is always the same and when I walk in they are on it. My clients fav waiter is Amanda. She's amazing at her job and definitely a keeper. The entire team is hands ✋️ down amazing 👏!!!! Keep up the great work alma school and queen creek location we take the drive from San tan valley and from Maricopa to ur location yall are the best!!!
