Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

First time eating at Charleys cheesesteaks. Service from all the counter staff was with a smile. The lady that brought my food out(Glenda) to me was friendly and with a big smile. The steak Philly was amazing!! Tender and full of flavor. Fries were hot and tender but could use more salt. A variety of drink oprions like tea, soda and Icee drinks. I would recommend this place and I will return. This location is in a Walmart but still nice place to have some good food.

This place knows how to make a good sandwich. I ordered the regular Philly Steak combo and was delighted. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, the bread soft and perfectly toasted, and the add-ins, like the cheese and vegetables, balanced wonderfully.

Plus, the fries were crispy and the drink was cold, making the combo a complete and satisfying experience. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Without a doubt, a place I will return to! Highly recommended for those looking for quality and flavor in every bite.

I was having a pretty rough day, but stopping by CharleysSteak was the best decision I made. As soon as I got my order, I noticed this little detail that totally made my day: someone had written “Have a good day” on the box with a marker. It might seem simple, but it really put a smile on my face when I needed it most.

I have always liked coming to CharleysSteak because the place is immaculate. Something that caught my attention this time was that all the mayonnaise, ketchup and other packets were perfectly organized. It's a small detail, but you can see the care and attention they put into the place.

Plus, they are always super friendly. Although I speak Spanish and English, they made me feel comfortable at all times, as if they were always ready to assist you in the language you needed.

The food, as always, was delicious, and details like these assure me that I will keep coming back. A great place in every way!

Im just dumbfounded my wife orders dinner i go in and pick it up i tell them my wifes name he asked for confirmation i looked at the employee like your kidding me i text my wife and let her know can you send me the confirmation number while im waiting i asked the employee is her phone number on there yes i give him her phone number and that still wasn’t good enough about that time im thinking wtf how would i have known that phone number right away and about that time my wife sent me the order of food that she ordered finally the employee gives me the order and tells me to have good night and im thinking wtf wasnt the phone number good enough on the ordering receipt you can clearly see her name and phone number
