Charleys Cheesesteaks

This sandwich was a travesty. I’m not even going to call it a cheesesteak and I am most certainly not going to associate it in any way with Philly! They literally gave me a child sized portion of meat and half of a slice of tomato-1/2!!

The cashier didn’t want to accept cash because she wanted everyone to use the kiosk. She was very rude.

Wednesday April 3rd at 2:30 pm. We just left and didn't get to eat because the attitude of the lady that was taking our order. She was RUDE! Attention owners! she needs customer service training..

My family and I are vegetarians by birth, we went to this place because on their menu they have a “veggie sandwich”, we requested 3, when we saw the lady who served us preparing them on a griddle, she put the vegetables in the 3 veggies and Next to it he put some meats, the fat that the meat released went into what the veggies had, with the same shovel he turned everything and they were mixed, I commented to the lady that everything was being mixed with what is supposedly vegetarian, her response IT WAS: here it is not a vegetarian restaurant, here everything is mixed, I RESPONDED: then because you have a veggie sandwich on the menu, you cannot offer something veggie and mix it in the preparation with the meat.

Here, in addition to the unconsciousness of handling the food in this way, there are already vegetarians who dislike meat and one trusts what they offer, it was the terrible attitude that the young lady had, her attitude was not appropriate, the good thing was that she was next door another of her colleagues and told me that she could change paddles so that it wouldn't mix so much...

CHARLEYS PHILLY STEAKS COMPANY, if you are going to put a veggie option on your menu, train your employees well so that they know what it means and what that entails, you can get into trouble, with someone who dislikes you and trusts what you offer vegetarian…

Food was actually good, but service was poor. 4 signs for the Parmesan peppercorn sandwich, Four! "Oh I'm sorry, we don't have that anymore", okay how about a large sandwich, "Oh, I'm sorry, we don't have small or large, only regular". Not impressed with the service.

Closed an hour ealry

This place obviously doesn't look at orders when you do an online order. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with extra mayo and pickles and grilled onion and didn't get anything that I requested. The lack of competence in the staff is amazing. Also ordered a sweet tea and instead received a lemonade also not what I ordered. This is one place I will not recommend to anyone.

The food...OK. Everything around the food- just bad. Something is really off about this place. The tray was a ripped in half foam to go box, straws too short to put in the large beverages, pepperchinis out, tea out, papper towels out, the jalepanos were low quality, the staff performed like they were only had individual jobs and not cross trained, the lady at the cash register was also covering drinks and condiments so a line grew to about 7 deep before people gave up. They still have the 7 foot tall useless plexiglass from the pandimec that is impossible to order, yet just one foot to the right or left you can either breath on the food or the beverages. Tables dirty. The bathroom is a absolute disaster with no soap, smells aweful of urine, and does not see regular cleaning. This could be way better than this.

Food was good and cheap. Service was fast and helpful. Food court tables needed needed to be cleaned. But if you look around you can find a clean table.
