This was the worst place to have a Philly cheesesteak. I thought they were going out of business with how small the sandwich was. I highly recommend not eating there.

Went here today, my order was about 120 dollars, the man to took my order is a very nice young man with a darkish skin, he speaks both English and Spanish, very nice and he’s super amazing. One of the thing I ordered was a cheese and bacon fries, when our order number was called, I saw 3 fries, so I told the who I think his name is Eduardo, he’s white and had a cap on and had a trimmed beard, and was the one yelling order numbers “hey, I’m missing one fry” and gave me the wrong one, so I told him “hey I’m actually missing my cheese and bacon fry” and he told a lady to go make me one, tell me why the lady hands him a small plate of fry with nothing on and when I told him that wasn’t the one i ordered, again, he gave me an attitude and said “that’s all we have” so obviously, I went to the counter with my fries and told the kind man there that I was missing my cheese fries, he apologized and gave me bacon and cheese in a small cup, I thought you guys didn’t have any and that “that’s all we have”? Anyways, I thanked the man and with my plain fries, my cheese and bacon bits in my hands, I did their job for them and made my fries.

I lost my valuables while in the restaurant and these servers showed no empathy or willingness to help me find them.

This location is never open until 7 pm . And sometimes even sooner ... smh I could have made it to the other one if I didnt waste my time ... they close at 6..... they close at 5 they close at 5:30 witch one is it

Diet coke is flat.. Out of chips settled for fry's they are fresh made. Sandwich seems a bit light on the meat however it's fresh hot and delicious.

“Decent Food, But Dirty Environment”

The food at this fast-food place was quite good, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the environment. The cola had a strong chlorine taste, which was very unpleasant. The seating area was extremely dirty—tables were sticky and unclean, and the floor was covered in trash. Definitely not a place for a comfortable meal.

Order took 15 mins to make I was the first of 3 people to order and I was the last to receive my order all the other people ahead of me had something wrong with their order after waiting to get mine cause they gave one of my sandwiches to the wrong person my order was in fact wrong also terrible experience especially to spend over $25

This sandwich was a travesty. I’m not even going to call it a cheesesteak and I am most certainly not going to associate it in any way with Philly! They literally gave me a child sized portion of meat and half of a slice of tomato-1/2!!
The photo speaks for itself. Save your money. This is untouched as received from the store😭
