I go to Chase's Diner often. It is consistent and predictable. It's a diner so it's essentially short order food. It is always good. Eggs are always cooked perfectly. Hash browns are perfect. Biscuits are delicious. It's at the same level as like IHOP but much much better. It seems like the waitresses are always very experienced. Old-time waitresses very pleasant. Hate to keep dumping on IHOP but their servers there are kids that just don't want to be there. You'll feel welcomed at Chase's. I will add that the food comes very fast. You don't have to wait very long.

From my first visit to Chase’s Diner I was instantly a fan. The staff is welcoming the food comes out hot and fresh with great portions and it exceeded my expectations. Even though I don’t live in Chandler, it’s become my favorite spot thanks to the family vibe and long-standing reputation.

Found this place by chance when I was hauling hay. I gotta say I was very impressed with everything overall. Been here three times and no change. Food is really good, service great ! Parking lot always has space. The staff is very friendly ( grandkids friendly too). Just been here for breakfast, lunch and dinners next : ) And be care what you order, the portions are big. Just a very good place to go : )

I have to say the burger with bacon, barbecue sauce, and cheese was absolutely delicious. I didn’t notice it in the menu, but it was 1/2 pound! I cut it in half and enjoyed the rest another day. But, the fries were cold, and the burger wasn’t that warm either. Other people around us were getting breakfast and that looked amazing. Perhaps breakfast is their true forte. It’s a cute, 50’s dinner, with red booths and red kitchen chairs. Everything was sparkling clean. The desserts looked phenomenal. Perhaps another time.

Warning - I wouldn't bring those who are easily overstimulated here. I'm usually wearing headphones to control the noise, but the amount of blinking lights was very overstimulating. I almost had to leave after walking in, but just looked down at the flior/table the whole time. Really enjoyable food and people, but for people like me I was antsy to get out of there.
We have eaten here several times. Every time the food was great. They are friendly and plenty of parking spaces. Wish there was one in the East Valley.
