Oh Cheba Hut. Everytime I eat here it knocks my socks off and then I have to spice it up with extra creative food a few hours later. Thanks for being great at service, serving up food that hits the spot and keeping everything including me toasted. You are the best. I will bring the wife next time.

Great atmosphere, great location, secret stash sub was amazing, Hawaiian delight, meatballs fit the menu description of munchies. Highly recommend if you have the munchies to stop on by and have a superb sub!

Sandwich was big and tasty the first time. Small and uninspiring tonight. Not sure what to think.

3rd strike today. I’m done with this location. The food is generally good, but every single time I get takeout from them, they forget to put the extra sauces I paid for in the bag. When I call they’re always apologetic and try to make it right, but it has gotten old. It’s happened way too many times already.
Note to the manager: implement a process that integrates a check of the order to ensure nothing is missed before it goes out.
Don’t bother reaching out, unless you demonstrate you’ve made meaningful changes in your process. I won’t be back until then.

Thanks for responding. My main concern isn’t the missing sauce. It’s that this has happened multiple times. I’m glad to hear you’ll bring it to management. If you can show that a consistent order-check process is in place and working, I’d be happy to give this location another try. I’ll keep an eye out for updates or signs of improvement in customer reviews.

Terrible service. The place was dirty with racist graffiti painted all over the bathroom. I couldn’t stay.
10000/10 - whoever was working at 7:30 today and helped us with our order deserves the world. Thank you for helping us get the Rice Krispies we needed :)

Everything about this place is awesome except their actual food lol. It looks like it should taste amazing but idk how they mess up sandwiches leaving them with ZERO taste. Like huh ?? I’d rather go to subway sorry not sorry
