Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

This was my first time at the restaurant, and while the long wait made me think the food would be amazing, it turned out to be just average. The place looks nice inside, and the sweet glazed rolls and our server were the highlights. Overall, the food felt like chain restaurant quality, and for the price, I’d rather cook something similar at home that tastes better and is healthier.

Home cooking with some upgrades. Loved the beer battered shrimp.

This place has changed a lot. I haven't been here in a while. The restaurant is dirty, poorly maintained, and has sunken booths. It's bad service. I had to clean my table because it was very dirty. We only ate the appetizers and left. I don't recommend it.

The plate of ribs where dry and crispy, when I told the waiter he took the plate and after ten minutes brings me the check with 50% discounted price. 🧐 They looked to me like the ribs bin in the oven reheated several times.

Great place. Reasonable prices, good food, comfortable seating, clean restrooms, and attentive staff.

Very good: the food service, the cleanliness, etc. 💯% 10 out of 10.

We went here for lunch on family day. Our waitress was very accommodating and polite. The food was fresh and delicious.

Had the pleasure of eating here last night the service was excellent, the food was delicious and my server I think his name was Andy or Ryan was excellent.

First visit for me, but my 2 sisters have ate at Cheddar's before. Very busy place even after 2pm. We were seated right away. Our server Trinity was just the most fun, perfect waitress. She had checked on us several times. What a keeper! Even my 1/2 chicken fried steak was too big, BUT so so good and tender! Would highly recommend this place for awesome "comfort" food! Only fault was some of the booth benches sink.

Our family of 5 dined in for our daughter's 17th birthday. Trey was our waiter and he was very nice, patient, and you could tell he was kid friendly. He was very attentive, not only to our needs, but also to the needs of our little boys. We loved how he even interacted with our boys and answered their questions. When we did have an issue with our food, Trey listened to us and quickly got right on to getting us something else to eat and was very apologetic even though he didn't cook the food. You can tell Trey and his manager Bailey really do value their customers and want everyone to have a positive experience. Overall, we enjoyed our food, dessert, and the customer service we received so much, we left a 25%tip. We will DEFINITELY make the almost hr drive from San Tan Valley back to Cheddars. Thank you Trey and Mgr. Bailey for helping our daughter have a good birthday.

I was sitting in back for 15 minutes and was never greeted. I had to call the front desk on my phone to get service and I never got an apology. I won’t be visiting that Location any longer.
